Freeway insurance are very good. They always do their best to get you the best price. I dealt with a girl named Daisy today. She was professional, straight to the point and knew what she was doing. A credit to the team. Thanks and keep up the good work

After receiving a quote I was bombarded with messages both before and even after purchasing insurance, some still asking if I'd like to purchase insurance. I requested a callback but I didn't receive one. I couldn't find the information from the link sent so I had to call. When I called I was advised that things I'd requested online were not included in the quote. Whilst the quote was competitive I feel the experience could have been better, with greater accuracy and less messages. Time and hassle could have been saved for both parties.

Terrible company to use. Despite the reviews I thought to give them a chance but I have only been with them for a few weeks and already regret it. Sent me a notice of cancellation because I used a different email than the one I use on Uber, when buying the policy not once was I informed that they had to have my details match my Uber profile or if different to provide them my details. Sent me an email saying they cannot upload my documents, even in that did not say we require the details just that they were having problems doing it and whether I have done it and for confirmation of the details. Nothing saying they need it. When I informed them I wasn't happy was told it would cost 200 to cancel. That is what I saved going with them in the first place, I would suggest just paying the extra at the start, use someone more professional.

Used to be good and competitive but now every year they try over charging and customer service is disgraceful useless, unhelpful and wait times are over 90minutes. Had accident recently and the claims team are the worst ever, incompetent. Avoid at all expense. Use DCL or Zego!
