Dirty scamming b4stards. Charged me £286 for a cancellation fee and threatened to refer it to a debt collection agency if I didn't pay within 7 days. Didn't give me the option to pay off in monthly instalments either. Never had issue with other taxi insurance apart from this pr!cks.
The advisor was helpful and took a detailed info to get the best policy premium. The premium was the best as compared to other companies. There system is updated and contains all the relevant info so does not need to explain everything. Greta work

Never take taxi insurance from freeway .it took us nearly 2 months to get the written off claim money . Still waiting for the loss of earnings claim. Then i have contacted freeway as i have paid yearly premium for my insurance. When i called the Customer Support team lied to me and argued with me saying i had the car from the insurance company which i didnt. I contacted the claims department and they told me freeway never contacted them and the claims team never informed them that i had the car . Them freeway turned around and told me they are just the brokers they dont deal witb it. The name on my insurance certificate says Sabre as the company. I have tried to contact them unfortunately none of their phone numbers work. Obviously that looks like a scam. I have emailed to all the email addresses on their website but no reply. So please please never use freeway for taxi insurance
I received my renewal quote about 3 weeks before renewal and was told that in order to make the process sumpler and without my being harangued by them i would be best to to my renewal online or make an appointment for a call back. Then EVERY day I have been pestered by atleast 3 Emails, several Whatsapp messages, text messages and phonecalls, EVERY day. Eventually renewed with them because they matched my lowest quoute and staff I have dealt with are great but by God, stop with the Harrassment - the actual renewal only takes 20 minutes so why the need for constant pushing

UPDATE: Your response is only a further proof of how shameless you are in your embarrassing 'digital' approach. And just to answer your curiousity about other providers, the answer is I only received what I asked for from them, which was good price and no digital harrassment. -------- I got a PHV quote from Freeway the other day and was quoted around £5500 which I had a good laugh at and moved on as it was over £3000 more expensive than the closest competition. The next day, I received a text message with a discounted price. They randomly knocked off about £800. I had another good laugh and ignored them. But their stupid text messages kept coming, to the point that it turned into harrassment. At the time of writing, I received 15 text messages in 2 days. I muted notifications for their messages so they are automatically ignored anyways. I copied all theor messages here for everyone to see tbeor level of pettiness. 1. I reported them for nuisance and harrassment to the Information Commissioner's Office and i suggest anyone experiencing the same to report them.
I cancelled insurance because they didn't take the NCB from another car and asked me for £700 more from the initial price after I paid in full. They charged me £200 for cancellation. I cancelled just after two days.
Did a quote online and rang through just to ensure all was correct. Everything was efficient and simple, spoke to Olivia who was great. No jargon, set up the policy conveniently within a short time.

Was with this company for many years reviewed it in 2015 and gave 5* rating but this year I had a vehicle change to keep my xtra years no claims bonus I had to change from 2/10/23 to 11/10/23 which I was told cost £108 but if I took a policy out for year 23/24 they would take off the £50 administration fee which I felt really disappointed as a loyal customer for so many years I couldn’t understand why they tried to pressure me to take a policy I would of probably taking anyway as I had previously 8+ years before and having the ability to take off the administration fee would of been great customer service to offer this without conditions due to this after a few days I paid there £108 and have bought a policy with another broker for year 23/24 felt pressured and let down

Avoid this company I bought the insurance with them .. paid in full to save some money and asking them if I need to change some thing they said there will be admin fee but when I change .I was charged 313.50 extra just for change.i paid 1050 before with the broker fees ask them to cancel it as I am getting very cheap insurance on comparison site .I can pay for the time I used the insurance (1 month )pluse the broker fee for that month .. they came up with £464 just for a month.. I took quote independently which I added with review, with public liability, legal cover and windscreen cover. I will never go with these companies who try robing people for money ever again or try taking advantage if they are stuck with them. I ended up paying £1364 . They are working as a broker on your behalf and do thing in their favour. 1199 is there own quote on the site

I did and both the insurer Mulsanne and their claim agency Key Claims say there is no accident dated 03/07/2023 and they say YOU the broker, you Freeway Insurance, YOU messed it up. You run the renewal quote, not them, they said. And they can't remove any claim dated 3/7/2023 because there is none. I sent you their NCB which contains the list of claims and there is none dated 3/7/2023, so what you don't understand? Aha, you'd have to bother to read and pay attention. You have a direct proof from the insurer. They sent it to you and I sent it to you, so sort out your mess. The renewal is due soon. Update: Now, you said the fictional accident dated 3/7/2023 was related to ZEGO. If you haven't noticed, the ZEGO insurance ended on 23/12/2022 and the new insurance from 24/12/2022 to 23/12/2023 is FREEWAY, you. So, it cannot be ZEGO.
