Bought Full Comprehensive Insurance Bought Full Comprehensive Insurance - ie Third Party Fire and Theft - Vehicle caught fire and I was told it was not insured because it was caused by a mechanical fault - Are they serious!!!! - WHEN is a mechanical fault an electrical fault. Worst Insurance Company I have ever dealt with - 45 years driving. Policy No: 4000100888 I have written two letters complaining and getting the same response - Not Insured I will be writing to the Financial Ombudsman and possibly to the Consumer tv Programs 14th September 2023 The matter is now with the Financial Ombudsman
