Freeway trying to scam me and misleading to make me renewing my insurance with me it’s start by me having a small accident on the road and it was a month before my renewal,I called freeway to report it .witch was my fault and I agree with it. Since then strait away they strat my renewal and send me quotes witch was double from my previous quote and after they start harassing me with emails messages and calls.i wasn’t sure I want it to renew with them but at the last few days before my policy expire I did submit a renewal form after that they Strat sending me details and what’s fellow but not a certificate and the ask me to call to finilize the pourchasse ,a day after I changed my mind I want it to cancel in a mean time they referred me to a credit agreement without my consent and they send me a statement of payment witch me I didn’t not signe for it I called and I explained that I don’t want to renew my policy ((my old policy was still live as there was few days left )) ok but you have to paye 250£ for a cancellation fee witch I didn’t use even for 1mnt after calling and explaining why do I have to paye 250£ for a cover didn’t Strat yet ……so they decided to reduced to 50£ witch I consider as a scam and dishonesty from a company pretending to be the best in the marketplace. This is an exemple to be aware of it for future customers.

Just had a conversation today with one of the sales agent from this company what requested 10 years of UK driving licence without providing his name. I am still wondering how they are still in the market with this kind of behaviour as 2 years ago requested 10 years residence in the UK

Terrible people.not going to stay with them next year money grabs. greedy people. They don't care about customers. £1234 in full one off payment got email this morning to say I have pay £355 extra for my premium just because I hade non fault accident last year. I have 9 years no claims bonus taxi I will tell everyone freeway insurance are scams don't join freeway insurance. 400040011855
However, my renewal premium has gone up due to some other issues related to my second car but the service provided by representative is outstanding as he has been professional with full understanding of my concerns. All support has been provided up to the maximum level of satisfaction.

Renewal quote was £500 cheaper than nearest rival. Renewal reminder and documentation all provided 3 weeks before expiry. Telephone agent friendly and helpful.
Leah in Customer care was amazing. She is an asset to the company. She fixed a problem by giving options that were not available to me at the time. A win for me and a win for Freeway. This is how customer service should be. We live in times where profit over people is pushed from companies, but without people companies will go out of business. It's great to experience excellent treatment. I've worked in customer service before so I have the knowledge and experience to give feedback.

It's frustrating that I purchased taxi insurance from them on December 6th, and it's been nearly a month with no update on the MID. This has resulted in multiple police stops and taxi companies blocking me. Despite numerous calls, they keep promising an update, but it's been three weeks with no resolution. Requests to transfer to a supervisor have been ignored. The service is incredibly poor, and many taxi drivers are facing similar issues. If I could rate them, it would be a negative 0. The staff is disrespectful, hanging up on calls without putting me on hold and cutting chats without a solution. The customer service is non-existent, making it impossible to get through on the phone, and they hang up if they have another customer. There's a lack of multitasking, education, and manners. Overall, it's a rude and inefficient service.
