Jan 14,2021Le blender Optimum G2.6 Froothie m'a complètement séduite : une efficacité incroyable que ce soit pour des soupes minute, des smoothies, des purées d'oléagineux... et même de la glace pilée. Son look convient parfaitement à ma cuisine et j'apprécie également sa facilité d'utilisation.

Jan 06,2021Le moteur de l'optimum 9200 A est certes puissant mais : - impossible de blender une petite quantité de nourriture (purée par exemple), car le bol est trop gros ça mouline à vide - impossible de récupérer toute la nourriture dans le bol sous les lames c'est vraiment pénible. Et je me suis renseignée auprès des vendeurs, il n'existe pas de plus petit bol... Pour ces deux raisons, après 2 ans de loyaux service, je lâche l'affaire et je suis ravie de ma nouvelle acquisition, un Blendtec qui lui au moins, gère parfaitement les 2. Et contrairement à ce qui est dit, le moteur Blendtec est certes plus petit que celui d'Optimum mais le niveau de performance est complètement identique (il pile la glace, fait des beurres de noix etc...) par ailleurs avec le Blendtec, pas besoin de poussoir, le bol est fait d'une façon que les aliments se gèrent d'eux mêmes, ce qui n'est pas le cas de l'Optimum, faut tout le temps pousser la nourriture pour qu'elle se mouline (sauf bien sûr quand on fait un smoothie plein d'eau). Enfin maintenant que j'ai un Blendtec, je peux comparer les deux produits : sur l'Optimum il n'y a que 3 vitesses, c'est clairement insuffisant, si parfois on pouvait mettre une petite vitesse pour démarrer le moulinage, ça éviterait à la nourriture de s'envoler dans le bol ... enfin dernier point négatif qui est remonté par d'autres utilisateurs (sur Amazon) : il y a une odeur de brulé quand on l'utilise 1 à 2 minutes, c'est bizarre... et cette odeur persiste même au bout de 2 ans d'utilisation régulière ! Bref, j'ai dépensé 290 euros il y a deux ans pour 2 ans d'utilisation ce n'est donc pas l'affaire du siècle. Le moteur est très bien, c'est le reste qui est à revoir : la taille du bol (trop grand), la forme du bol (trop d'angles sans intérêt), le nombre de lames (impossible de récupérer la nourriture)

Nov 27,2020ich habe nun, nach knapp einem Jahr Erfahrung, eine weitere Slow Juicer Maschine gekauft - ich verschenke sie meinem Sohn zu Weihnachten.... Der Slow Juicer ist einfach göttlich! Der Kundenservice ist perfekt, ich möchte hier keine Lobhudelei zum Besten geben - nach 3 Geräten Entsafter funktioniert dieses Gerät - der Saft wird nicht wie ein gewöhnlicher Entsafter mittels Zentrifuge aus dem Gemüse/Obst geschleudert, sondern langsam! mittels einer Schnecke mit viel Druck gewonnen - somit sind alle Vitamine, Fasern und wichtigen Nährstoffen im gewonnen Saft enthalten. Das Gerät ist in null, nix schnell gesäubert (4Teile) - man kann es mittels Wärmeplatte ebenso für die Zubereitung von Babynahrung nutzen, wie den gewonnenen Juice vaccumieren, - sodass auch am nächsten Tag die Vitamine voll enthalten sind. Der Preis ist unschlagbar - verglichen mit einem namhaften deutschen Produzenten (1200€) , bin ich happy, auf dieses Produkt aus Australien aufmerksam geworden zu sein. Tu Dir etwas Gutes!

Nov 05,2020bonjour, J ai un optimum 600 depuis 4ans et malheureusement je n'ai plus de filtres, apparemment ces produits ne sont plus en stocks mais demeurent dans la boutique de vente en ligne frothies, il serait plus judicieux d'indiquer épuisé. Je voudrais savoir comment je peux obtenir ces filtres à jus hormis le site officiel.

Oct 17,2020I had my Optimum 9200a blender after 3 weeks, support service was great they keep you informed. Now I make smoothies everyday and even selfmade Nutella or soup is no problem and I am still trying different recepies. I am very happy with this product! I can't without it anymore

Sep 03,2020We first purchased our blender in 2014. The Machine is exceptional at making juices, smoothies, soups, shakes and even nut butters. Only real concern is the blade and the bearings. Since 2014 we have been through 4 blades and are about to embark on a 5th. The blender went away for winter and was working perfectly. As spring is here the blender has come out of hibernation, only to find the blade has ceased up, again. After the first occurrence we followed the support advice and always waited until the blender had stopped before removing it, didn’t tilt when in operation and cleaned it properly. Given the number of failures it feels like this is a design/quality issue.

Aug 29,2020J'ai recu une machine a jus de chez Froothie pour mon anniversaire, le produit s'est avéré défectueux, il a arrété de fonctionner après 4 utilisations. J'ai donc contacté le service client qui m'a demander de renvoyer la machine à leur entrepôt à mes frais. Cela fait maintenant 3 mois que je n'ai aucune nouvelle, après avoir écrit une dizaine de mails. Je suis grandement décue et volée. C'est une perte de temps et d'argent.

Aug 28,2020Je possède un extracteur de jus Optimum 600 Pro et j'en suis très satisfaite. Je le trouve d'une grande qualité avec la vis en céramique, le bol en verre... La fonction mise sous vide est très pratique. Moteur garanti à vie. L'envoi fût très rapide. Je remercie grandement Antoine du SAV France pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et ses compétences. Je recommande Froothie !

Aug 03,2020Hi Alex, Just wanted to talk about the wonderful customer service we received for replacing the blade and jug for my optimum 9400 blender. I love this blender and did not want to replace it for anything else. It arrived yesterday at my home. We thought there would be a delay on the jug but we received both the jug and the blade all in one delivery which was a lovely surprise. Tested it out and it works again which is great so now I can blend again. The whole process from replacement to payment to delivery was such a hassle free experience. The jug and blade were out of warranty but I got looked after and the price for replacement was unexpected and well received. Sometimes these things can be overwhelming but Froothie and yourself made it easy. Communicating with you and Froothie was seamless and that is rare sometimes. You should all be commended for this. Jul 30,2020I was hesitant at first to order here because of some terrible reviews I read, so I made sure to first contact the servicedesk asking if they had my product (Optimum blender) in stock. They helped me and informed me really well but I was still a bit sceptical. I decided to take the chance, and I ordered the blender. Within a week I received my blender with no problems and it works a treat! I use it at least twice a day and it is AMAZING. Thank you so much! And big thumbs up to the servicedesk who have always responded my questions within an hour and assuring me of any hesitations I had. The loud noise of the blender is a bit scary at first and feels like something will break, but you get used to it quick and now it's just part of it!

Jul 15,2020Enige tijd geleden kwam ik een advertentie tegen over slow-juicers en blenders. Zelf had ik een slechte ervaring met een slowjuicer maar toch besloten een nieuwe plus een blender aan te schaffen! Hoewel aanschaf niet vlekkeloos verliep, werd mijn probleem op een prettige en correcte manier opgelost. Later ook nog aanspraak moeten maken op de geboden garantie! Ook dit werd volledig naar tevredenheid opgelost! Voor mij een topbedrijf met topwerknemers! Een aanrader als je naar een van die apparaten op zoek bent!
