Mar 11,2021I use the Optimum blender 9200A (2nd generation) for four years now, almost every day. Can't live without it anymore! I ordered a new can with knive and I directly got an email from the customer service to check which type of blender I have (serial number), so they could be sure about which can to send me. Awesome! The also informed me about the delayed deliveries because of Covid-19 and assured me to tell me when they know de date the delivery with my can is expected. I don't bother to wait, especially when I can trust the customer service and know they will keep me informed. Great service!

Feb 25,2021J'utilise mon OPTIMUM 9200A depuis des mois, une fois je l'ai même emporté en vacances. La famille ne peut plus s'en passer pour des smoothies et des veloutés des plus onctueux. Franchement je ne regrette pas mon achat, ce blender est top, on ne parle même pas de watts pour la puissance mais de chevaux, c'est peu dire. Il prépare mon déj. tous les matins en broyant amandes gingembre, fruits et lait végétal. Trop bien quoi.

Feb 19,2021I have owned my 9200A for about 12 months. After 11 months it started leaking at the base. Last week while I was making banana ice cream for the kids, I noticed a metallic sound and later found that 3 pieces of the blade broke off into the mix. Lucky I noticed the metal pieces in the ice cream or we would have ended up in intensive care that night. To date Smoothie haven’t addressed the problem with their product or fixed my issue and I have lodged complaint with the Department Of Fair Trading.

Feb 17,2021Je pense qu'en l'espace de 20 ans, j'ai eu au moins 5 blenders différents oui oui!! Et chaque fois, un petit truc manquait, si ce n'était pas la texture finale, c'était le lavage, ou la fiabilité de la machine... bref jamais super ravie. Et là on me parle de celui ci le fameux Optimum ! Je le sors de son carton, je lis les consignes pour éviter de faire une boulette de mise en route. Ni une ni deux, j'enfile mon tablier et préparation d'une soupe, VERDICT onctueuse à souhait et ma fille en redemandait. L'étape cruciale : le beurre de cacahuètes, pas super convaincue des derniers blenders, souvent en surchauffe, là aucun soucis, ce petit bijou fait son travail à merveille et sans surchauffe. Mes tests de smoothies, crèmes, résultat délicieux à chaque fois. Je le recommande à mes amies car pour le prix il va jouer le rôle d'un super assistant en cuisine chez vous !

Feb 10,2021I love my Optimum blender (G2.1 model), powerful and reliable. I’ve had it for almost five years. It’s one of the few appliances that always sits on my kitchen worktop. I use it almost every day. It blends everything really smooth (if you wish :). I make mostly different types of fruit smoothies and green smoothies, but also nut butters, grinding nuts and grains, crushing ice and more. So easy with the automatic programs. It’s easy to clean as well, no disassembly needed. Their customer service is excellent, answers question fast and is really helpful. I recommend Optimum blenders!

Feb 08,2021Commande d'un blender le 24 01 2021 Aujourd'hui 08 02 2021 toujours pas de blender La somme à été débitée immédiatement Quelle fut ma surprise de voir que l'on m'avait prélevée à nouveau d'un petit 8 euros et ceci sans l'utilisation de ma CB De multiples relances , y compris à ce François de chez froothie. Les seules réponses ne sont que des mails automatiques et sans aucun rapport avec mes problèmes Quant au téléphone ,idem, un message tout fait,sans jamais de personne physique au bout Ce site est un vraie arnaque Je déconseille vraiment

I work in customer service and it’s the after service that is so important! I would definitely buy a froothie juicer again and highly recommend! They are great value for money! Well done!

Jan 30,2021Personnellement, je suis très déçue du SAV Froothie. Le blender est plutôt efficace, bien que très bruyant,mais j’ai envoyé une dizaine d’e-mails car le couvercle de mon appareil est abîmé, presque troué. Après 4 mois à solliciter le SAV et après plusieurs promesses d’envoi de la pièce, on m’a finalement avoué que Froothie n’enverrait pas la pièce alors qu'il est toujours sous garantie, estimant que le défaut n’est pas assez important. Au vu du prix très élevé de ce blender, je déconseille fortement… Heureusement, je n'ai pas acheté l'extension de garantie.

In short, great blender for liquids AND nut butters) Blender Froothie 9200A, des smoothies mais pas que... - des beurres d'oleagineux, et du praliné (ça permet de faire du "nutella" maison) - du lait d'amande (merci pour le sachet de filtration) - des sauces vertes/pesto - et bien sûr le smoothie vert fluo au kale du jardin Il est très puissant, c'est impressionnant, les beurres sont de qualité "industrielle", sans morceau et onctueux, c'est ce que je voulais Ca me change des mixers classiques !
