Delivery was exceptionally well organised with prior contact to ensure a convenient delivery day and time. On the day the delivery team made contact again to confirm delivery within twenty minutes. The delivery team was courteous and helpful and carried the furniture to the designated place and then removed all packaging and took it with them. They were covid safe throughout the whole process.

Mar 24,2021Unfortunately the voucher was sent as a birthday gift and no card inside to say how much or who it was from. Then when it was taken to the garden centre to be used the card could not be validated or used. Most embarrassing and disappointing !

Mar 23,2021I had booked the 'take out' afternoon tea for Mothers Day and I wasn't disappointed. Collection was easy and stress free. I shared a beautiful afternoon tea with my mum, beautifully presented and it included everything we could have wanted (apart from a pot of tea which of course wasn't possible!). It felt really special, so thank you Frosts. I would definitely book again x
