May 01,2021Extremely happy with the service I received, from ordering the garden furniture and the constant updates via phone or e mail as to when it will arrive and be delivered. The delivery was fabulous got a 2 hour time slot but that was narrowed down via tracker to an exact approximate time and they were spot on.

Apr 30,2021Ordered bench - thought I had bought from Frosts with a 5 day delivery span. However a week after order was told delivery to be in 6 - 8 weeks time from supplier. Went to query this at Frosts yesterday and was told sale was with supplier which effectively meant Frosts just acting as agent.

Apr 28,2021Frosts garden centre is somewhere I have recommended to my friends and family as the experience is usually nice and polite and the products are lovely. Today I found that the 3 customer service advisors that we approached today all appeared utterly miserable which then meant that the service came across very unbothered and rude. One of the ladies at the till even looked dis approvingly at myself, baby boy and sister as we were walking around. I don’t ever leave reviews but today I think it deserves it! I hope that they haven’t all received mad news as that the only thing I can think of...

Apr 26,2021I am very pleased with the overall experience using Frosts Garden Center. The guy who took the order was very friendly and professional and explained everything without being asked. Delivery was quick and according to my wife, the delivery men were very courteous and helpful.

Apr 25,2021The delivery men were wonderful and positioned the item for us . We are 88 and 80 so really appreciated that they did that. Good service. However, I think there was a piece missing. There should be a stick with the umbrella cover so that we can put it over the stand and umbrella when closed. There were no instructions with it either. Surely this is a mistake. Is there some way you can rectify this please. £600 + is a lot of money to spend without getting everything. Otherwise very good.

Apr 24,2021I visited Frosts at Willington to view their garden furniture. I specifically wanted to try a particular range and knew some of the range was in stock. I approached a member of staff in the furniture dept who was the Manager, and I told him him my requirements. He answered my questions honestly and expertly and with a back problem advised me to look at a different range. Then to compare it with two others, it was the best advice I was given. I made a purchase knowing I had chosen something that suited me and supported my back. Certainly would return there.
