We all absolutely loved every minute. The waiting staff at the table especially Tom worked above and beyond. I would definitely recommend the experience and we will definitely come again. Delivery was smooth, friendly delivery crew who rang when they were on their way and were kind enough to carry the parasol round to the back garden. Can’t fault any of it. Thank you for an excellent experience.

Apr 14,2021Amazing service from start to finish when ordering and taking delivery of our new Hartman garden furniture. Two small brackets (nothing to major) were missing though the very pleasant customer service team are contacting Hartman for them to be sent direct. Delivery was unpacked and put in situ, only protective wrap was left for us to remove. Now let's have some sun!! 😄😄

Apr 13,2021I was delivered a faulty table as part of a garden set. I reported immediately to Frosts who said they needed to contact the supplier. Nearly three weeks have passed since then with me ringing Frosts every few days (they never contact me) for an update only to be told they are still trying to contact the supplier. Last week someone said they would escalate to a manager who would definitely ring me back the next day. No-one called. Today’s call to them resulted in an email telling me that I need to deal with the supplier directly as Frosts don’t have the item in stock any more. I have asked again for this inadequate response to be escalated, who knows if it will be or whether I will be offered any sort of resolution other than having to deal with a supplier who Frosts themselves haven’t been able to contact for the past three weeks. Even more frustratingly, Frosts were not the cheapest supplier for this item but I went with them because I thought I would be more likely to get good customer service. Wish I’d just gone for the cheaper option now!

Apr 11,2021I viewed the product in Frosts garden centre and then after research placed my order online. I received immediate confirmation of my order. Within a few days I received a telephone call advising my delivery date. On the day of delivery I received an email and also 30 minutes before delivery I received a telephone call advising a delivery time. From start to finish the service has been exceptional and really a breath of fresh air in the current climate. Other companies could learn a lot from this exceptional service

Apr 10,2021Really great service from start to finish. Item was delivered quickly and the two guys that brought it did an amazing job. The boxes were very very large and extremely heavy. They wouldn’t go through our back gate so the basically had to lift the boxes over - they made no fuss about it whatsoever.
