Absolutely disgusted with our experience at Frosts. We purchased two cushions on 30/11/19 with the understanding that a third one would be available within 5 days. We left a phone number and were promised a phone call by the 5th December. That came and went so on Friday 6th December we went back to the store where a second person attempted to help us. They told us that they would be able to help and called another store that showed as having the cushion in stock, they then said can we leave it with them and they’d phone us back. We AGAIN left our phone number and yes you guessed it AGAIN nobody called back, we heard nothing. Fed up with our visits to Frosts my partner called and spoke to the manager this time. The manager full of apologies said she would call the Wellingborough store and head office to source a cushion. Sadly head office was closed but she promised faithfully to call us on Monday by 3 p.m. STILL no phone call was received. We phoned the store and were told that the manager would call back either today or tomorrow, no exact time frame was given. The joke is that there computer shows there is 60 within the organisation but nobody seems to give a damn about their customers anymore. Personally I think this store is a joke with no thought for their customer as has been proven by the numerous times we have had to chase them despite numerous promises
