Apr 09,2021Very happy with our purchase of a corner unit set of garden furniture and the professional service provided by both the pre-sales and the delivery team - very professional throughout. Less impressed when upon a return store visit and enquiring upon whether we could purchase a cover for the set we were told that there was not one that we could purchase.

Perhaps the person who went to find them could have come back and explained we might have had to wait, rather than us thinking we might have been forgotten

Apr 01,2021I thought it best to let our purchase process run its full course before leaving a review – and we now finally have our goods in a useable condition. However, it’s taken around around a month to actually get the product up and working from initial contacts. Customer service has been very poor. Repeated failure to call back when promised to do so. Difficult to get hold of named staff, one claimed someone else had used their email and that was why a promise had not been carried out. Incorrect pricing given and subsequent over-charging because of the incorrect figure. No order number, invoice, or proof of purchase given – having to repeatedly chase this information and when received the information was incomplete. A delivery date not met - without notification. Parts of product (granite base sections) arrived damaged and had to be replaced before product could be used, replacements were themselves damaged requiring further replacements. Supplier (who we eventually contacted out of frustration) stated all products were quality checked before despatch to Frosts. Frosts claimed they did not check products only delivered them - so who is responsible for the damaged items? - particularly as one item received had clearly had a bad attempt at repair carried out!!! Manager had to be contacted in order to get anything sorted out………..and then had to be contacted again due to further issues with the promised solution! Regrettably it’s difficult to find many positives in our recent experience with Frosts. Positives….. delivery staff very polite and helpful. Manager effective when contacted but even then we had to contact her a second time over part of the problem as either they had not followed through with all the actions or did not check their staff had done so. A woeful, frustrating and time consuming experience.
