Mar 09,2021Following excellent communication, my garden swing turned up exactly on time. Shaun and Chanel were so lovely and nothing was too much trouble. They removed every inch of packaging (there was a lot) and were very knowledgable about the garden furniture. An absolute pleasure from start to finish!

The staff at Woburn Sands who placed my order were very polite and helpful and l was kept up to date on when my order would be delivered . The 2 members of staff who delivered my order Dezso and Chante were very good and unpacked my furniture and took all the packaging away for me.

I was promised a call within 5 days, received it the next day and my furniture was delivered within 5 days - excellent service. Mar 01,2021We ordered the set in Woburn Sands as the salesman was assembling a Siena set for display and he stopped to talk with us, he was very helpful explaining the problems of availability of the sets because of the issues of Brexit pre-ordering and Covid-19. Frosts later made contact with us to advise of the delivery details. Shawn and Emily were excellent ambassadors of Frosts during the delivery taking great care to carefully unpack the set and to place it on the patio for us. Excellent service and wonderful staff

Feb 16,2021Takeaway Valentines Afternoon Tea Having never experienced the Frosts afternoon tea before I thought I would order it for my Husband & I for Valentines Day. All I can say is Wow Wow Wow! Beautifully presented, excellent variety of sandwiches & sweet treats finished off with the wonderful scones. We was booked to see Father Christmas on the 23rd and we were heartbroken that we could no longer visit. We have been coming to frosts experience for last 10 years! But receiving the gifts for the children, to then giving them to the children this afternoon made it all worth while. The detail was beautiful certificate for nice list, gorgeous Teddy, letter from Father Christmas and the video too! Thank you so much for keeping the spirit alive. Highly recommend Frosts Woburn for Father Christmas experience, also they are a fantastic company with great customer service and always go above and beyond to make customers happy, especially in these difficult times! Dec 22,2020Awful experience with Santa’s grotto followed by an even worse one in the restaurant. Santa’s grotto we have done for the past 3 years and this time it felt very very rushed. To the point whilst we are getting ready for the virtual photo and the lady dressed as an elf took the photo of my wife and eldest whilst we were still taking coats off my baby boy, and at first refused to take the actual photo with my family. After some discussions she finally agreed but totally unprofessional. Then in the restaurant we were told we couldn’t sit together as we were more than 6. Fine with that. The table behind was empty but we were told no - they must sit somewhere else. 10mins later a totally different family sat at the same table behind us less than 1m away and ‘Joe’ the manager completely ignored that. We complained to him who argued back in a disgusting and rude manner and walked away shaking his head?! He simply didn’t care and clearly had a chip on his shoulder. One rule for one and another rule for others? Simply outrageous. So disappointed. Disgusted with the managers response.

Dec 13,2020Had Christmas dinner it was very good. My husband especially loved the black cabbage. Gingerbread latte was a must...Christmas pudding was more like a suet pudding with cold type cream that wasnt great.... Service was excellent and staff very helpful.

Dec 12,2020We booked the virtual grotto this year as we have had to shield. We were sad not to return this year, but Frosts really made up for it. Our children had a letter from Santa, a video that interacted with their Christmas sacks and our sons milk allergy was taken into account too. It's truly brought out our festive cheer at the end of a challenging year. All for a very reasonable price too. Thank you Frosts.

Dec 12,2020Just got back from an igloo breakfast at Woburn and all I can say is WOW!!! The igloo pods are beautiful. The food, staff setting... absolutely everything was fantastic!!! Such a wonderful way to spend my bday. Well done guys, we definitely will be returning.
