Dec 07,2020Yesterday my wife, daughter and myself came to your store (Millets Farm) to very luckily visit Father Christmas. In the light of the current situation with covid restrictions I have to say your staff there were absolutely fantastic. We have been coming to visit Father Christmas there for the last five years because of how well you set up the whole experience, to be honest we were really not expecting it to be as good an experience compared with past years due to the situation, but it was fantastic. It was so well thought out, you managed to adhere to the current rules and regulations and yet still make it a very happy visit for the family, needless to say we have a very excited and happy 5 year old little girl. Nov 14,2020Was there at Frost Woburn Sands the other weekend lovely place with nice goodies to buy for but restaurant services are very slow waited 30 minutes for our food and the people serving at the till pleassseee crack a smile!!! Looks like they have a lemon in their mouth! Will see if there is another branch to go to next time. On a positive note i bought the most beautiful Leonardo da Vinci cups there. 🌴🌴

Nov 01,2020My friend Colette booked afternoon tea at frosts for both of us the young staff working Saturday 31 October a boy and girl were so pleasant and very helpful they both need high praise indeed the food was delicious and very good value Colette and myself had a very enjoyable afternoon the table was nicely laid out and away from the main eating area

Oct 20,2020A pleasant experience in the restaurant, thank you . My Father and I were greeted by a member of staff who explained how their system was running . Their Covid safety measures were excellent and service was extremely prompt . The website was easy to navigate to order food and it arrived quicker than estimated and was delicious . The staff are clearly working very hard .

Oct 17,2020If I could give no stars I would! Simply non-existent customer service. We have been chasing some minor missing parts on garden furniture that costs over £500 for 2 months now. The customer service phone is not even answering today. The furniture is nice and it was a fair price but the service - AWFUL

Sep 21,2020Frosts Woburn Sands is one of our favourite places to visit. We have been going since the arrival of our son 6 years ago and the subsequent arrival of our daughter (now 4). They love the pond outside the restaurant and argue over who can see the biggest fish! There is always such a wide range of products to browse and the cafe is a firm favourite. We also recently purchased a garden furniture set which was delivered swiftly. The only thing I would say is we received a follow up email once we received our order asking if we would like to purchase a cover for the set. I replied advising I would and never heard back, which was slightly disappointing. Still, this would not stop me visiting as we always have such a nice time.

Sep 13,2020Just visited Frosts which is a round trip of over an hour to buy a patio heater and look at the garden solar lights following a visit a couple of weeks ago, only to discover they had removed all the outdoor garden products for Christmas stuff!!! This is ridiculous and we weren't only one's that thought so, it's only the second week of September and I thought this was supposed to be a garden centre....needless to say we won't be going back any time soon.

Aug 30,2020I visited the Abingdon branch to buy an electric hedge trimmer. I was told they had been put away until next year because they were getting ready for Christmas (August 2020). Sure enough the shelves were full of Christmas crackers, cards etc. This is ridiculous. So I went on line to Amazon and got one delivered within 48 hours, so much for supporting local businesses

Aug 27,2020We bought a garden hanging egg chair just before lockdown happened. We were due to collect it from the store the following week once it had been delivered, but then everything shut down, we thought we'd have to have a refund, but instead we got a call from Frosts saying they would actually deliver the chair to us with no charge! Everything want smoothly with the contactless delivery and we absolutely love the chair. We did have a small issue with the wicker slightly coming undone in one section, I contacted Frosts as soon as they reopened, unfortunately they were unable to offer us a replacement as they couldn't get the chair anymore, so we were offered either a refund and they would collect the chair or we could keep it and they'd give us £30 in vouchers as a goodwill gesture. We went for the vouchers as we loved the chair and fixed the problem ourselves.

Aug 25,2020Would like to give a huge be thank-you to Emma at Frosts at Woburn for her help in retrieving a pole for our umbrella we bought for our garden furniture as when it was delivered was damaged . Being the end of season they had none left in store but she managed to track one down at the supplier in the Lake District and got one put to us very quickly. Thanks again Frosts always friendly and helpful at this Store a firm favourite.

Dec 08,2020The food and service were very good but such a pity that the outside tables are not available in these times. There are pods out there but they hold up to 6 in the same bubble. People in the same bubble can sit inside anyway it would be nice if the outside space could be used by friends who are not in a bubble and therefore not really allowed anywhere!
