We bought our Webber Barbecue right before lock-down and have subsequently used it extensively! The service and product knowledge at Frosts was excellent as was the after-sale service and delivery. W are regular customers and will continue to be so.

Excellent service at Woburn Sands. We bought a garden furniture set and was told it would arrive in 7-10 days. I received a phone call a day after we bought it to arrange the delivery, it arrived the following day. We were so happy with the brilliant customer service and delivery time. We love Frosts and visit frequently, it never disappoints.

Excellent experience. We bought a hanging chair and the chair frame rafia started to come unravelled. Frosts sent out a replacement frame with no quibbles at all. This on top of a lovely experience at our local centre, great restaurants, lovely stock and fab plants!

First of all, I would like to say I have been a loyal customer for over three years and was so happy when you reopened after lockdown. My wife and I could hardly wait to get on with some of our planned garden improvements for the summer, spending a substantial amount of money in both the Woburn and Willington centres. You certainly are not the closest to us (living just outside of Hitchin), but we have always trusted the quality of plants and the lifetime guarantee. On 19/05/2020, we brought a 5-6ft wisteria plant at full price from Frosts in Woburn along with a large decorative pot, wire, soil, compost, trellis and climbing plant food to go outside the front door of our bungalow. The vision is a fan of green grown up the wedge-shaped trellis and eventually trailing over the doorway within a year or so. The plant was the last of its kind on display when we brought it with a few yellowing leaves and probably not to the standard we have come to expect from Frosts but mostly healthy considering the lockdown. We were happy to give it a new home and pride of place. It was evident by June the plant was looking poorly, so we popped back with photos for some advice. At that time, the advice was to water it less. The problem continued so I took a sample of leaves into Woburn the advice now was to water more and it was natural for wisteria to start to go like that because the time of year (it was July - hardly autumn!). Still not happy and the plant rapidly becoming a twig in the mud at the start of August. We approached the same member of staff at Woburn - this time we were told it was because it is in a pot and compost, it needed replanting next year - not the advice we were looking for after all this plant is at the entrance to out the front door. We brought the suggested compost regardless. A week later (15th Aug) and the wisteria had practically no leaves and no real sign that any new growth would last and with the advice of Donna at Frost Willington, we took the plant to Frost Woburn to show your top Horticulturist. We brought the plant back to Woburn as per Donna's instructions on 16th Aug. We were utterly disgusted to be belittled by your head horticulturist while at Woburn. The wisteria we wanted to return is substandard and never took hold, we had sought advice previously on 3 other occasions at least. He spoke to me and my wife in a way that he wouldn’t have, I feel, if I wasn’t in a wheelchair. Speaking down to me. I tried to explain that we have a glorious garden mostly due to a large amount of money we sent with you and how his attitude would put us off ever shopping at Woburn again, he even twisted this to me trying to bully him… it is my money I will spend it where I feel valued as a customer was my point. He should be educated in this current climate, regular customers are hard to find. He then asked me to get the plant and bring it to him, I can tell you it's not easy carrying a 6ft plant in a wheelchair - without even an offer of help from him or any staff I passed (great training btw). I'm sure if you check your security camera footage for Sunday, you will see me struggling with the plant. The simple solution would have been to work us, not set out to cause a heated argument and embarrasses us in front of other customers. If the plant is okay then there would not be a problem swapping it surely, you could just re-pot it and sell it on. The customer might not always be an expert but should always be treated with respect, that's why when my wife frustrated that your guy stopped mid-conversation and moved onto the next customer, dumped the wisteria at the desk. Your expert rolled his eyes and pulling a face as he did it to the other customer, I lost my calm due to his disrespect of my partner. I strongly asked him to apologise but he then threatened to throw me out (a very worrying thing to say to someone in a wheelchair) and when I pointed out that would be difficult, he then threatened to call the police. At this point, I decided to leave the plant there and go. Not because I was worried about the police turning up, just that given my medical condition the extra human contact and the possibility of wasting half a day of valuable police time just were not worth it. I would really hope you have taken the time to read this email and understand the horrible experience we felt. I believe one of your strongest brand messages about the quality of plants is the lifetime guarantee and to have such a bad experience with one member of staff around this core belief is disheartening.

We love Frosts in Brampton, and appreciate how much care they are taking to keep things safe for everyone at the moment. The restaurant is excellent as are the coffee and cakes! However, one disappointment is the times we have found a discounted item but when we get it to the till, it doesn’t register as such, even when it has a sale price on it! This has happened with half price scented oil, and an aster plant in the past couple of weeks, and earlier this year items of clothing were marked with red sale tickets covering up original prices which were exactly the same. Not really good enough. Surely just colour coding sale items with highlighters, so the cashier knows what discount to give would be a simple solution and save staff and other customers time?

I paid £900 for a rattan garden furniture set and I did expect it to last over 4 years. I am gutted that I spent so much and now have to buy a new set. Frosts say they will give me free cover for my next set I buy, however at their prices, I will not be buying a garden set from there again. If I had known it would be in this state I would have got a cheaper one from elsewhere. The fact that they say they don't use that supplier anymore, we actually bought it from Frosts and the receipt is from Frosts. They should be responsible that their goods are acceptable and long lasting under the sale of goods act. If I buy a product from somewhere, it doesn't matter who the supplier is, where I bought it should be responsible for the quality and if necessary replacing the damaged goods.

I ordered patio furniture from Frosts. Price was very reasonable. When it arrived by the courier it was damaged beyond repair. I called Emma and she immediately got the furniture returned. She arranged another full set to be delivered at my convenience, which was excellent. The next time they did not courier it two employees delivered it over 150 miles. Then they assembled it and removed all the packaging, there was a lot of it Cannot fault these people at all Thanks again

I ordered a London Hanging chair for my wife of the website. I was then contacted by Emma Ansell in the customer service dept, to say that this item was out of stock but could be offered an alternate chair along with a £25.00 gift voucher as a apology. I was more than happy to accept, i then asked Emma for the measurements, as I wanted to source a cover for it. To my surprise Emma came back and said she managed to find one and would give this as a gift! It was delivered the next day first delivery by two lovely chaps! Emma is a credit to Frosts! amazing service!

I have been contemplating the purchase and searching for an egg chair for almost two years now. So, when I saw that The Frost garden Centre had the London hanging chair, considering my location in South London, I was slightly sceptical 🤨. However the chair arrived this morning and it’s amazing . The delivery service was so Prompt and professional. The item was well packaged, And easy to Assemble .

I had wanted to purchase and item which was initially showing as 'stock coming soon' on the website. Customer Services were so helpful in answering my queries on the dimensions and informing me by email of when the item was in stock to order. All is can say is the Corsica hanging chair is amazing! Such a high quality product at a very reasonable price- it will give me so much joy whilst at home/in the garden this summer. Ordering on the website was both easy and secure with delivery after a week by courier; very fast turnaround in the current climate given I am based in SW London. In such challenging times as this pandemic I have to commend such excellent customer service and I would recommend this chair and Frosts Garden Centre to all my friends and family. I'm so happy support small businesses that offer this level of service - thank you so much to the team at Frosts Garden Centre!

What an amazing customer service level!!! From the delivery drivers, highest quality of products to Amazing Emma who made it all happen in the end. What might have been a disaster, due to a glitch, turned out to be one of the best customer service experiences I have received so far. Especially now, with all the Covid 19 induced difficulties the way we help each other is essential. Thank you Emma. It was "only" an exchange of parasol and several emails but it left me feeling reassured and uplifted with hope. Grateful.

I would like to say how wonderful Emma, in customer services has been! She kept me informed about the garden furniture every step of the way. She is friendly, helpful and efficient. We had a slight problem when the delivery arrived but she sorted it with no quibbling, again kept me informed and went over and above to keep me updated! The furniture itself is absolutely lovely! Delivery team were also very helpful and friendly. I would 100% recommend Frosts (and Emma) to anyone and in fact I’m about to make another purchase for a family member’s birthday.

We attended the plant your own wildflower garden kids event at Woburn frosts. A well organised event which my little boy thoroughly enjoyed. The event was under cover and in the warm which was great! At £5 this was great value and he got to take away his own pot complete with plant, moss, stones and self decorated snail label.
