Mar 06,2019I bought a micro mini scooter and emailed a question in advance after reading poor reviews. Answers were very prompt. Ordering was easy, i received an update, fast shipping and a perfect item. Very happy with it. Only slight issue was the box was a little battered in the delivery but the price was so good i found it easy to overlook.

Mar 04,2019Went to the Maida Vale store for a flat tire. Don't know how, but bicycle feels much easier to ride than ever before. Prices are competitive. If you need a quick fix, I would recommend enquiring before you arrive as they seem to be quite busy in general. I didn't do so and had to wait about an hour, which was fine for the quality of the service received

My only slight complaint would be the lack of information about it being dispatched, or how to track it... But as I said, it arrived promptly so I'm saying it more to encourage future customers not to worry if they don't immediately hear about their deliveries!

Feb 18,2019Ordered a micro mini deluxe scooter and what arrived was clearly a used second hand scooter. The box had scribble all over it and wasn’t sealed and The scooter had scuffs. I called and the guy I spoke to was rather rude and abrupt on the phone saying I was getting a good deal as it was £70. I didn’t pay for a second hand scooter!! In the end he knocked £15 off which wasn’t enough in my opinion but couldn’t be bothered with the hassle of sending back. From reading reviews on here it appears this hasn’t been the first time this company have tried getting away with selling used goods! Appalling!

The bike was partially dismantled for delivery, but easily assembled. overall I’m really pleased with my purchase and the service. Fudges cycles were also offering the most competitive price for this bike online....
