Founded in 2014, Furniture Direct Online, a family business with over 40 years of expertise in the furniture industry. From the beginning Furniture Direct Online has been focused on supplying the best quality furniture at the most affordable prices for our customers.
In 2015 we moved to our brand new 80,000 sq ft warehouse in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. This progress allowed us to stock hold over 20,000 sofas and achieve fast, reliable deliveries.
In 2019 we faced the challenge of the global pandemic. With thousands of sofas in stock and the lounging lifestyle, we all became accustomed to during the lockdown. This is where Furniture Direct Online stepped up, to become a household name. Delivering over 100 sofas per day nationwide.
Here we are now, in 2024 with our new look and thousands of happy customers. Our mission still remains the same, striving to bring you incredible quality furniture at the most affordable prices with the absolute best customer experience.

Jul 30,2024Everything was great!!! The guy who delivered the sofa was really nice and helpful. Quality of sofa is really good. Spoke with someone on WhatsApp before I ordered they were very helpful, I was t sure which sofa I wanted and they were really helpful with all the questions I asked.

Jul 29,2024Would give 4.5 has was hard to screw legs in, maybe they could start you of and mark up. Love my sloane sofa, just a note maybe they could keep you informed about delivery has i had to chase up a few times. Max and blake who delivered was fantastic.

Jul 29,2024This 3 seater sofa does not come built up .Not only does it cost 79 pound delivery but an extra 80 pounds on top for them to put the 3 back cushions on and 2 arm pieces daylight robbery

Jul 29,2024We found Furniture Direct Online when browsing for new sofas, so we got in touch with them via WhatsApp to query the colour and request some further images of the Bentley 8 Seater U-Shape Sofa, which they replied back to almost instantly. They have been marvellous through the whole process from start to finish, answering every question we've thrown their way, and provided further images when asking. The sofa was delivered within 4 working days of placing the order, and the delivery guys were also amazing. The sofa is fantastic quality and a steal at the price. They have been by far one of the best companies I have ever dealt in terms of service and delivery, and would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to make a sofa purchase.

Jul 28,2024The whatsapp chat is a great feature. I spoke with somebody in order to get reallocated for snap finance as i previously applied with honey pot however their prices dont compare. I recieved my sofa today after ordering only a few days ago. When they say quick delivery they mean it so i was in a panick trying to get rid of the old one lastnight. I recommend just getting rid of your old when you place the order. The sofa itself is amazing! I went for the carnaby U shape sofa in black. So comfy and so beautiful. I initially thought it was grey but it was just the light hitting it. I absolutely love it. Thanks again!

Jul 25,2024Placed my order late on a Saturday night, got a message on Monday to say it was getting delivered Wednesday. Very fast delivery. Product arrived, drivers asked for £80 to set it up, but declined and managed myself. Very easy to assemble. Very comfy and good quality sofas. Would definately recommend this company. No issues or problems from ordering to delivery.

Jul 19,2024Managed to get finance on a beautiful sofa, they are amazingly priced for what you get and the quality. I got the belgravia black plush u shape sofa and it is stunning and an great size. I was worried it would be small. But its big enough to fit me, my partner and daughter on all led down. So comfortable, the cushions are top quality. Would 100 percent recommend and would defo buy again from this company. Also communication has been quick and helpful. Delivery is also quick. Thank you

I ordered the Verona 7 seat corner sofa on the Friday and it was delivered the following Thursday; never known a sofa to be delivered so quickly. The price was very very cheap compared to other companies. I highly recommend this company and will be ordering again for all my furniture needs
