Founded in 2014, Furniture Direct Online, a family business with over 40 years of expertise in the furniture industry. From the beginning Furniture Direct Online has been focused on supplying the best quality furniture at the most affordable prices for our customers.
In 2015 we moved to our brand new 80,000 sq ft warehouse in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. This progress allowed us to stock hold over 20,000 sofas and achieve fast, reliable deliveries.
In 2019 we faced the challenge of the global pandemic. With thousands of sofas in stock and the lounging lifestyle, we all became accustomed to during the lockdown. This is where Furniture Direct Online stepped up, to become a household name. Delivering over 100 sofas per day nationwide.
Here we are now, in 2024 with our new look and thousands of happy customers. Our mission still remains the same, striving to bring you incredible quality furniture at the most affordable prices with the absolute best customer experience.

Jul 13,2024Terrible, terrible company. Do not believe a word they say about delivery time frame. They do not actually hold the stock. They take your money and then order it. 1 week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeksā¦.. still nothing. I cancelled in the end. Useless! Avoid at all costs

From start to finish was so easy, I could of had my settee within a few days but I needed more time as was going on holiday. They sorted everything for me. Arrived few days after I got home. Picked my beautiful sofa & bed. Staff polite, knowledgeable, also the website easy enough to use. You receive text message to book delivery slot and can track delivery drivers. My new bed is exactly how itās described, itās very comfy. The sofa Iām just in love with š canāt thank you all enough. Also big thanks to the delivery drivers! They was fab too!

Jul 18,2024I have ordered from furniture direct 5 times now 3 in the last 2 years purely because of there competitive prices and amazing quality we had the u shape sofa that was stunning we then went for a fabric recliner as we changed rooms around and when they released the tech 8 sofa we had to get It straight away for the price as they truly underpriced it and when it arrived we realised how much they underpriced it I believe there still underpriced it has under glow speakers that has Bluetooth USB and aux electric recliners built-in plugs and 7 USB ports 2 little tables 8 cup holders we only have the 3 and 2 bit these are super heavy couldn't recommend them enough
