Founded in 2014, Furniture Direct Online, a family business with over 40 years of expertise in the furniture industry. From the beginning Furniture Direct Online has been focused on supplying the best quality furniture at the most affordable prices for our customers.
In 2015 we moved to our brand new 80,000 sq ft warehouse in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. This progress allowed us to stock hold over 20,000 sofas and achieve fast, reliable deliveries.
In 2019 we faced the challenge of the global pandemic. With thousands of sofas in stock and the lounging lifestyle, we all became accustomed to during the lockdown. This is where Furniture Direct Online stepped up, to become a household name. Delivering over 100 sofas per day nationwide.
Here we are now, in 2024 with our new look and thousands of happy customers. Our mission still remains the same, striving to bring you incredible quality furniture at the most affordable prices with the absolute best customer experience.

Never did i imagine i could have a luxury sofa on a budget! The sofa it's self is super comfortable, great quality material and everything's you could want. The customer service team was friendly always kept me updated and delivery was quick! Can not recommend enough.

Feb 07,2025Communication hasn't been great unfortunately, I ordered the sofa on 24th January and this was marked as 'ready to ship' from that same afternoon however it is now 7th February and I am still waiting for this to be delivered. I have now emailed with no response , messaged on what's app and told to email? Finally managed to get through to a nice customer service lady on the phone who has told me there is now a delay with the sofa which wont be delivered until week of 17th. Now been asked to review my purchase?

Feb 07,2025The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. The service was great, quick and felixable delivery. When building the couch we could find a part, messaged the company and had a reply within 5 minutes explaining where to find it. Would definitely use them again.

Feb 06,2025Ordered a corner sofa a month ago and was told it would be 5 days delivery. Rang several times to ask where the sofa is and been given continuous excuses and delays. Still sat here without a sofa and more lies about delivery days. Highly recommend not ordering from here if you actually want to receive what you order.
