Founded in 2014, Furniture Direct Online, a family business with over 40 years of expertise in the furniture industry. From the beginning Furniture Direct Online has been focused on supplying the best quality furniture at the most affordable prices for our customers.
In 2015 we moved to our brand new 80,000 sq ft warehouse in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. This progress allowed us to stock hold over 20,000 sofas and achieve fast, reliable deliveries.
In 2019 we faced the challenge of the global pandemic. With thousands of sofas in stock and the lounging lifestyle, we all became accustomed to during the lockdown. This is where Furniture Direct Online stepped up, to become a household name. Delivering over 100 sofas per day nationwide.
Here we are now, in 2024 with our new look and thousands of happy customers. Our mission still remains the same, striving to bring you incredible quality furniture at the most affordable prices with the absolute best customer experience.

Sep 02,2024Not happy. Delivery was great communication was great! Sofa was ok until it’s started to sag not even 3 months into having it. I have contacted a few times I’ve sent pictures and all they can do is take the sofa to inspect so I’m left without a sofa for up to 10 days I’ve dealt with many companies and they’ve sorted it within that week by swapping the sofa so I don’t understand why these can’t when I’ve shown evidence of sagging. Great if you’ve had a good experience but not so great if anything happens to your sofa within the first few months so just be mindful

Aug 22,2024Very disappointed, you don’t get what’s shown in the pictures the sofas I got had big 5 cushions I only received 4. I got in touch with furniture direct online and have been told apparently it’s the right amount of cushions put pictures shows that their should be more so it looks a lot different to what it should be. Won’t order with them again
