Jan 10,2025Ordine fatto il 16 ottobre, doveva essere spedito dopo un mese, ne sono passati due dalla spedizione da quello che loro dicono. Ma ne sta passando ancora un altro e il mobile ancora non si è visto. L assistenza clienti è pessima, ignorano mail e messaggi.

Dec 01,2024Es ist fast unmöglich mit Manal, einer Mitarbeiterin, zu kommunizieren. Ich habe es englisch und italienisch versucht. Mails werden, wenn überhaupt erst nach Wochen und Monaten und wenn man vielfach nachgefasst hat beantwortet. Auf benötigte Ersatzteile kann man Monate warten. Es ist zum verzweifeln!

Nov 30,2024Commande facile à passer, le délai de livraison a été assez long ( 3 mois) , j'ai bien reçu la commande, c'était conforme, il manquait le joint de la douchette. Le robinet fonctionne bien, l'expérience cliente est un peu stressante quand même. Il n'y a qu'une fois que j'ai mis un avis sur Google que les choses ont bougé, c'est déjà ça.

Sep 16,2024Commande passée au mois de juillet 2024 pour un mitigeur NEVE. Payée en totalité. Aucune expédition depuis, aucun moyen de les joindre ni par téléphone ni par mail. Pas de réponse. Très rapide pour prendre votre commande mais injoignables une fois la commandé payée. Très déçue.

Sep 04,2024Die Mitarbeiter haben sehr schnell und hilfreich geantwortet. Die Kommunikation war sogar auf deutsch ohne Schwierigkeiten. Die Möbel sind sehr schön. Jetzt muss nur noch der Aufbau klappen! Zur Info: Beim Transport wurde ein Teil beschädigt. Auch hier wurde schnell und unkompliziert geholfen. Ich kann mir sehr gut vorstellen, wenn wieder Bedarf ist hier zu bestellen.
