Vous me dites que NEWFORM aurait des problèmes de production qui retarderais la livraison. C’est absolument faux !!! Cela fait 24 semaines que vous inventer des fausses excuses alors que l’entreprise New form me dis que la commande est réceptionné depuis le mois de mai. Voici leurs réponse plus bas. Fuyez cette entreprise ils sont malhonnêtes et ce sont des voleurs ! Asma vous avez aucune parole et aucune valeur de vous comporter ainsi ! Bonjour, Nous avons pris le temps d'enquêter davantage sur votre problème. Selon notre historique d'envoi, la commande concernant le robinet que vous avez acheté via Gaia Interni a été émise en mai par Newform. Cela signifie que, malheureusement, nous ne pouvons pas faire grand-chose, sauf vous suggérer d'informer Gaia Interni du fait que la commande a été correctement livrée en mai. Nous n'avons plus de commande en cours avec Gaia Interni. S'il vous plaît, informez Gaia Interni que le robinet a été livré, ils peuvent sûrement le vérifier. May 27,2022One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with in my entire life. No communication, no follow up with client. I placed order over 20K Euro and after 7 months they didn't even bothered themselves to tell me the products were already been canceled. and now they are wasting more time to not make a refund. Now it is the right time to take a legal action against this fraud company. Be aware guys!

Apr 04,2022I have ordered 3 sets of mixers and tabs from GaiaIterni. Since it was an overseas shipping, I asked a number of questions to make sure everything would work well. Their responses were quick and clear. I was pretty satisfied with them. However, they could be more proactive in contacting the manufacturer. My order had gone through a big problem. Some parts were defected. It was not really the seller's fault, however, getting the instruction and remedy from the manufacture took a couple of weeks. It happened in the middle of construction and therefore caused a big delay. I am not sure if GaiaIterni has done everything to actively chase the manufacture, considering their customer can't really do anything else but contacting them.
