Sep 04,2021The contact experience that we had with Elisa from Gaiainterni was friendly, professional and quick. In 95% we had a very quick response on the questions that we had. Product quality and price level is very good! We ordered Simas, Treemme and Kerasan products. The shipping and package from the products to the Netherlands was very good.The only problem that we had were delivery times...Elisa made here apology for the delays and was doing here best to solve it. 6 weeks after payment we recieved the first bathrooms parts. After 4 months we recieved the last shipment. We are happy now and if we need new bathroom parts we contact Elisa again, point of attention are availabilty from the products. For me a good communication, quality products, exclusivity and a reasonable price level are the most inportante goals to achieve. Elisa gave me that.

Aug 30,2021Commande d'un toilette fin Mai. Voyant sur ce même site qu'ils avaient des avis negatifs sur les livraison (entre autres...), je demande confirmation de la disponibilité de mon article. Disponible et expédition sous 30 jours... Fin Juin toujours rien, alors je les contacte et on me répond après plusieurs tentatives par mail, téléphone etc...que la livraison se fera mi-Juillet. Là je préviens que je pars en vacances et qu'il vaudrait mieux peut être décaler de deux semaines la livraison car je ne pourrais réceptionner le toilette. Pas de réponse mais j'apprends en rentrant de vacances que la livraison a été décalée pour mi Août. Mi Aout toujours rien, je dois de nouveau rappeler car répondre aux emails de relance leur est difficile. Elle n'a de cesse de me dire que le toilette part la semaine suivante mais le toilette n'est toujours pas parti de leur entrepôt. Mes travaux commencent et je n'ai pas le toilette. Toilette qui devait être livré fin Juin!!! Le pire c'est peut être de devoir les harceler pour avoir une réponse.

Jul 07,2021Nachdem GLS das Paket nicht korrekt beschriftet hatte und somit nicht bei mir ankam, hat GaiaInterni (Elisa) alles unternommen, um die Sache schnellstmöglich zu klären! Bin äusserst zufrieden mit dem Service. Danke!

May 04,2021Oui les produits proposés à la vente sont beaux, oui les prix sont attractifs mais pour ma part j'ai été très déçue par mon expérience. Commande passée début décembre 2019 d'une batterie de robinets de baignoire, fin janvier 2020 réception d'un mail m'indiquant un retard jusque fin Mars. Ce délai étant devenu trop long (d'autant que les délais annoncés le jour de la commande étaient beaucoup plus courts..) Je fais une demande d'annulation et de remboursement de ma commande via leur formulaire pour un montant de 757euros le 06/02/2020......et depuis toujours rien malgré plus d'un an de procédure !!!! d'appels téléphoniques, de mails, envoi de recommandé, d'un dossier auprès du centre européen des consommateurs France, etc.....en désespoir de cause, je leur propose même un arrangement à l'amiable en leur demandant de m'envoyer deux robinets dont les prix sont équivalents à la somme dues...pas de réponse. Pour conclure, je déconseille fortement ce site ! SUITE et fin le 25/05/21 : le remboursement a bien été effectué ce jour. malgré tout, merci.

Sep 16,2021Wir hatten eine Solar-Dusche bestellt, die dann in der gewünschten Form nicht lieferbar war. Der zuviel bezahlte Betrag wurde umgehend rücküberwiesen. Leider wurde das Produkt aufgrund von Lieferschwierigkeiten erst am Ende des Sommers geliefert. Dennoch sind wir damit sehr zufrieden und freuen uns schon auf die nächste Badesaison!
