Sono stari precisi e puntuali nell'ordine e nella consegna. Quindi ringrazio e consiglio l'azienda, per onestà e precisione. Bravi.

Feb 04,2021So eine schlimme Firma habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Über 6 Monate nach Bestellung kam die Ware. Es gab keine Entschuldigung. Wir haben 3 Monate ohne Armaturen gelebt. Auf Mails wurde grundsätzlich erst nach mehreren Aufforderungen reagiert.

Jan 30,2021J’ai passé commande en novembre pour une armoire ceramica pour 900 euros. très réactif lors de la commande et de la demande de paiement. Depuis 2 mois plus aucune réponse à mes messages et aucune date de livraison. J’attends encore 2 semaines avant d’entamer des démarches juridiques. Dommage j’avais planifié de commander l’entier des appareils sanitaires. Donc pas fiables attention

J'ai pourtant commandé un robinet depuis la France et pendant le confinement !! malgré cela, je n'ai eu aucun problème !! de plus, le robinet est superbe !!! et la livraison s'est effectuée sans problème, très bien emballé et avant le délai prévu. Je recommande sans problème ce fournisseur !!

Mar 09,2020Ich habe bei dem Unternehmen eine Bestellung am 21.02.2020 für eine Armatur per Mail abgegeben. Eine Überweisung der Kaufsumme wurde per Paypal duchgeführt. Da wir uns im Bezug auf die Steuer nicht einigen konten, habe ich die Bestellung storniert und schriftlich verlangt, dass der gezahlte Gelbetrag zurück gezahlt werden sollte. Die Rückzahlung wurde bis zum 09.03.2020 nach mehrmaligen Verlangen nicht zurück überwiesen. Ich sehe mich daher gezwungen Strafanzeige und ein Verfahren wegen Betrug in die Wege zu leiten. Ich für meinen Teil kann an der Firma keine positive Bewertung abgeben. Jeder sollte für sich überlegen ob ein Geschäftsabschluß mit dieser Firma durchgeführt werden sollte.

Feb 18,2016We had our hearts set on a particular WC from an italian ceramics company called SIMAS, but were unsure if it would fit the other appliances of our bathroom. Giulia of GAIA Interni never tired of answering all our questions, and even contacted the suppliers of our other items to ensure that the WC from SIMAS was compatible. They even extended their promotion by a day as the answer from the other supplier was late, to ensure we would benefit from the extra discount. We had the WC sent to Denmark, and are awaiting it's arrival. The cost of shipping was ok. ********************************* Wir hatten uns für ein WC von der italienischen Firma SIMAS entschlossen, waren jedoch nicht sicher ob es auf den Spülkasten unserer Wahl passen würde. Giulia von GAIA Interna hat sich jede Mühe gegeben um uns zu helfen, und sogar mit dem Lieferanten unseres Spülkasten kontakt aufgenommen um zu sichern, dass WC und Spülkasten zusammen passen würden. GAIA Interni hat sogar ihre Promotion um einen Tag verlängert, da die Antwort etwas spät kam. Versand nach Dänemark war auch nicht teuer. Wir erwarten nun Lieferung.

Mar 23,2021Bei erster Lieferung von 2 Toiletten-Sitzen waren beide beschädigt (Verpackung!). Nach Reklamation (mit Fotos) wurden uns ohne Probleme zwei neue WC-Sitze zugeschickt. Sehr kulant und kundenfreundlich!
