May 21,2024Nel Mese di gennaio ho deciso di acquistare una sauna e dopo molte ricerche e preventivi ho scelto la top di gamma proposta dalla ditta Gaiainterni. Visto il loro sito, ho pensato di aver scelto un’azienda Top nel settore e conseguentemente mi aspettavo un servizio di un livello elevato. Purtroppo tutto questo non è avvenuto in quanto il ritardo della consegna ha superato i 2 mesi dagli accordi iniziali, ma la cosa più grave è che mi hanno comunicato che la sauna sarebbe stata consegnata dal corriere e lasciata sul piazzale della mia abitazione. Incredulo del fatto ho chiamato la commerciale della ditta Gaiainterni signora Giulia ma la stessa mi ha confermato che nel contratto da me accettato mi aveva specificato che la sauna veniva consegnata al piano terra. Questo è un comportamento scorretto e poco professionale in quanto il prodotto da me scelto è un prodotto di alto livello (oltre 20 mila euro) e quando vendi un articolo di questo tipo al cliente devi specificare bene quale è il servizio che offri. Se mi avesse specificato che non era compreso il servizio del trasporto nell’abitazione, non avrei mai accettato e mi sarei rivolto ad un’altra azienda più organizzata e professionale.

Die Produkte, die wir uns ausgesucht hatten, konnten leider nur mit einer langen Lieferzeit des Herstellers beschafft werden. Der Händler ständig bemüht uns über den Stand der Dinge zu informieren, wir bedanken uns für die angenehme und freundliche Betreuung während der Bestellfrist. Oct 18,2023Quando ho deciso di acquistare la rubinetteria su Gaia interni credevo si trattasse di un semplice shop online. Gaia interni é invece una realtà ben diversa, effettuare un ordine sul sito é proprio come essere in uno show-room di alto livello: il servizio clienti che c’è alle spalle é pronto ad aiutarti in ogni scelta fornendo anche accesso alle campionature per poter definire al meglio la finitura e offrendo un servizio chat immediato. La scoperta più bella è stata essere seguita da Giulia, che con tanta pazienza e gentilezza mi ha supportata nella scelta ed aiutata a realizzare un piccolo desiderio. Nota super positiva, prezzi competitivi rispetto a tanti show-room in cui ciò che ho acquistato qui potevo solamente sognarlo! Super consigliato!!!

Jun 23,2023I have ordered a bunch of stuff from LINKI manifacturer. People from Gaia were very helpfull and replied on all emails and the questions i had. The production time of the items i have ordered was 4 weeks. At the end it was longer due to the manufacturer. But everything was communicated with me over email and they were sorry about the extended wait times. all in all everything arrived in perfect condition. my experience with this company was very positive and i will order more items.

May 14,2023Per la rubinetteria dei miei bagni ho trovato qui tanti brand di alta gamma ai migliori prezzi. Soprattutto ho trovato Giulia che mi ha consigliato, suggerito alternative e si è spesa per trovare quanto volevo. Non ultimo ha sempre avuto la pazienza di seguirmi nelle mie molteplici richieste e modifiche. Quanto acquistato ha comportato tempi lunghi di consegna e avrei gradito maggiori aggiornamenti nel durante ma è è stata un'ottima esperienza e sicuramente i miei futuri acquisti li farò ancora qui.

May 09,2023Ich kann nichts positives berichten. Immer wieder neue fadenscheinige Ausreden. Ich warte schon 4 Monate auf mein bezahltes Waschbecken. Auf Mails wird auch nicht mehr reagiert. Es sind in meinen Augen Lügner und Betrüger. Ich habe mich schon über meine weitere Vorgehensweise schlau gemacht, und werde zur Polizei und Anwalt gehen. Da es sich um einen Webshop handelt ist hier die Polizei größtenteils raus und es ist privatrechtlich zu klären. Bitte lasst die Finger davon
