01 September placed an order for a Regimental style hat band from Gamboa. Delivery time was 3-5days via DHL. 06 September sent email requesting update for delivery - nothing heard back. 10 September sent another email requesting an update of the delivery date. Order number #13915. I have Lodged complaints with Gamboa, Shop App and my Bank. Update: 11 Sept, action stations! Seems the product is now packed and on it’s way today. I’ll give them another 3-5days for delivery (ETA 16Sept) Update: 16 Sept, end of day and still no item delivered. Promise to send item on the 11th has not happened. Update: 17 Sept item lodged with DHL in Quito Ecuador, now has an expected delivery date 26 Sept.
The hat is excellent, a tight weave. It was slightly too large, but Gamboa included sizers and QR code to a video on how to install properly. One sizer did the trick! Another QR code got you a bonus free hatband!
Ich habe am 09.08.2024 zwei Hutbänder im Wert von € 13,98 bestellt, zugüglich Versand und Steuer waren es bereits € 23,33, nach zwei Wochen hatte ich noch nichts gehört und aber der Betrag war schon abgebucht. Am 22.08 meldete sich dann DHL die Zollabwicklung und wollte nochmal € 28,42 damit die Ware ausgeliefert werden konnte. Zwischendurch erhielt ich dann von DHL einige Email die einen anderen Kunde betraf, da Gamboa meine Email zu einen anderen Kunden in England zugeordnet hatte. Am 02.09 erhielt ich dann die zwei Hutbänder, die mich jetzt €51,75 gekostet haben. Die Hutbänder sind einfache Stoffbänder und nicht wie beschrieben elastisch. Dadurch entsprechen nicht der stimmt die Passform nicht. Preis Leistung eine Unverschämtheit.

Easy to order. The staff (Gabriella) was responsive & helpful. Hat quality excellent. Suggestions: Phone access for info dies not work. Make it easy to leave a message. Tell the buyer (Panama hats) that it will be 2 or 3 weeks before the hat is made, then maybe a week for it to arrive from Ecuador.
I have bought five hats until now…… Think why …….
Bestellung und Bezahlung mit VISA erfolgte am 28.7.2024. Die Ware wurde NIE geliefert. Einkassiert aber wohl! E-Mail interventionen werden nicht einmal beantwortet. --> Unseriös, Betrug, schlampig HIER NICHTS BESTELLEN.

I purchased a hat and the item I received was below standards. The brim did not have the correct fold for a gambler style. I requested an exchange or refund which was denied. I communicated with Gabriela Vargas at he store who addressed me in a disrespectful and dismissive tone. No desire what so ever to make the transaction friendly.

Poncho reçu rapidement mais vendu avec uniquement mention "alpaga" donc 100% laine. A la réception au toucher l'article doit en contenir entre 40 et 50 %. Vendeur en infraction à la législation car le poncho ne contient aucune étiquette sur la matière. Litige en cours sur PayPal et un retour auprès du vendeur revient au tiers du prix, non remboursé... Le retour se faisant pour les états Unis avec une couverture de 100€, le prix d'envoi revient à presque 50 € que GAMBOA ne rembourse pas.
I purchased a hat band. It was too small. I followed their procedure and requested an exchange the next day. Waited 2 days, nothing, and requested again. Waited 2 more days nothing. Called customer service and went straight to voice mail. Called 2 days later no call back. Thought that, I would just send it back anyway with an exchange request. It is not possible to find a return address. Try and find it!. You have 10 days for returns. This company is about sales only. You will also receive unsubscribed daily sale emails. Zero customer service. Shameful business practice. Regarding Gamboa Response: I have no email record of their response to my return request in my inbox, junk, or deleted email. They did send me today's sale flier so I know they have the right email address. Unscrupulous business practice compounded!
Extrêmement satisfaite de ma commande. Les Ponchos commandés sont de très bonne qualité. Communication excellente avec la responsable de Gamboa Ponchos qui a su très rapidement corriger une erreur dans la livraison.

I had the incorrect hat shipped to me. Gabriela was awesome is adressing the issue, keeping me current on the status of solving the issue AND solving the issue. She is a real asset for Gamboa and and a perfect example of what customer service should be. Yes, the issue was solved in my favor however, if it had not been, I still would consider Gabriela awesome.
