Nous avons enfin reçu notre chapeau que nous attendions depuis avril. Nous sommes contents. Gamboa a changé d’expéditeur ( plus avec ups ) cela a été beaucoup plus efficace. Merci à Gamboa d’avoir fait le nécessaire enfin 😁
Superschnelle Bestellabwicklung. Vom Produkt her (ich kaufte eine Jacke), finde ich es schade, dass am Reissverschluss gespart wurde - er funktioniert, braucht aber lieb zureden und für einen Dollar mehr oder so, gäbe es da sicher schon bessere Optionen. (Kurze Zeit später ging der Reissverschluss dann ganz kaputt.)

Good quality hat. I ordered a hat from Gamboa after ordering one from its predecessor "panamahatmall". As expected, the hat arrived after some waiting period in excellent condition. The size was a little to large, but could be adjusted without problems with some size reducers. One star is deducted because of the long fulfillment time. For some reason it took gamboa 1 week to fulfill the order, so the delivery time of 5 days was not met. Great shop. I would order there again.
The hat I purchased of excellent quality and fit perfectly. The box in which it was shipped was badly damaged by the time I received it, but remarkably, the hat was intact.
J'ai commandé un pull et un gilet. Livraison rapide. Ils sont très beaux et chauds, j'en suis très content, c'est un bon rapport qualité prix. Je recommande !
The description on 2 of the products inordered were false.and I'm trying to return them. But every thing else I order were great. The alpaca poncho is everything they say as the gloves and hats. Avoid the mexican style ponchos as they are not as good and the sizing on the Panama hats are off by almost a hole size
Ich betrachte mich eigentlich als erfahrenen Internet-Käufer. Mir ist trotzdem erst nach der Bestellung aufgefallen, dass der Händler in den USA seinen Sitz hat. Das ist insofern besonders relevant, als hier nicht das EU Rückgaberecht gültig ist. Die Seite ist in perfektem Deutsch gehalten, im Prinzip natürlich erstmal lobenswert, die Preise enden auf 99 Cent wie hier üblich, auch der Versand für 9,90€ ließ mich nichts anderes vermuten. Nun, der Artikel kam nach 13 Tagen, leider erst, als ich schon im Urlaub war, für den der Hut gedacht war. Die Qualität ist nicht vergleichbar mit meinem Panama Hut, den ich hier in Deutschland in einem Hutgeschäft gekauft habe. Er ist viel zu groß, die Krempe hat keine erkennbare Form. Ich wollte den Hut gerne umtauschen in eine kleinere Größe, aber durch den Urlaub sind die 10 Tage die der Verkäufer einräumt, verstrichen. Und die Versandkosten in die USA müsste ich selber tragen. Wie bereits erwähnt, räumt der Verkäufer auch kein Rückgaberecht nach EU Recht an; Rückgabe gibt es nur bei fehlerhaftem oder falsch versandten Artikel. Ein Umtausch mit Gebühr für Rückversand und Neuversand würde ohnehin den Rahmen sprengen.Somit bleibt eine recht negative Erfahrung und ein viel zu großer Hut. Würde ich auf keinen Fall wieder so machen. Die Abwertung erfolgt durch mich insbesondere aufgrund der Tatsache, dass nicht klar ersichtlich ist, dass der Händler außerhalb der EU sitzt.
Super quality but warning, even the hats are indicated "available" on the internet, you should expect waiting a month to receive your order if you live in Europe because hats are made to order.
Llegó bastante tarde, pero llegó. El pedido y su foto no concuerdan con lo enviado y entregado. Cualquiera puede verlo. Pero lo dejamos. Es un modelo diferente. Mando fotos a quien quiera, del pedido y del entregado.
This is a HORRIBLE company……just completely all around HORRIBLE!!!!! Wish we would have read reviews before ordering. The absolute worst customer service!!!! The hats we ordered were very low quality and not as they appear on their site. Seems they have numerous complaints w the same issues we had. My women’s hat came damaged w the bow off the hat and the brim shape was extremely awkward. As far as the bow they responded(after much time and repeated attempts on our part) to glue the bow back on!!!!! Seriously?!?! Brand new hat damaged and their return policy is ridiculous!!! I’m supposed to super glue the bow to my hat and hope it sticks!?!? Both hats very cheaply made. My Husband ordered 2 hat bands for his and they claimed the red one had been shipped in my box which it indeed had not. The brown one they said was out of stock but we were charged for it anyway!!!! HIGHLY recommend not ordering from this SCAM company!!! I will be disputing several of the charges w my bank and I recommend anyone else do the same since their return policy is impossible. As one other reviewer stated if they could give less than a 1 star they would. I feel the same!!!! STEER CLEAR OF THIS SCAM SITE(can’t call it a legit business because it’s not).

Ordered a Panama hat in size 56. The hat that arrived was almost 58 cm. Even with 4 cork hat strips the hat was still too big. The hat itself looked nice. Contacted customer service by mail, no reaction. Then I started a claim with paypal. Then they finally reacted. After making a lot of photo's to proof that the hat was really bigger than 56 cm and because I wanted to escalate the claim to get my money back because there was no solution given. The day before the claim could escalate they promised to sent te hat the next Monday. I was happy with that solution. After 3 weeks the hat still hasn't been sent and customer service is ignoring all the mail I have been sending. It feels really dishonest and I have a really bad feeling from the whole experience and how I have been treated.I wished I ordered a panamahat somewhere else. Because the Paypal claim is closed and I can't reopen it again I am stuck with a hat that is sitting on a shelf because it's much too big for my head.
Placed an order about a week agao paid for 3 to 5 day shipping. Sent an email because it was a gift sent to someone, never received a reply. Have left several voice messages at the phone number provided NO Response!! I believe this company is a total SCAM!! I paid $138.00 for a Panama Ausin hat I will never see. What very poor customer service!!! this is FRAUD!!!
I purchased a sweater on July 24, 2023; it arrived in a timely manner. The sweater is to small, I contacted the company through their RA form and got no response. I then contacted them through an email address on the website, no response. Then I phoned and left a message, no response. So I now have a sweater that's to small and no recourse. Update: After I posted this I was contacted by the Gamboa. I have returned the sweater and I'm waiting on a refund. I changed the rating from 2 stars to 3. Once I get my money back I may change it again. Update Aug 31, I got my money refunded. I've upped my rating from 2 to 4, though it took awhile to get a response from them. They stated they responded right away and that their response was probably in my spam folder. I checked that folder carefully, because I'm aware of mail getting sidelined in there. There was nothing there from Gamboa. My advice is to order through Amazon if you're going to buy from this company.
This order went through very smoothly and the Hat is a very fine hat -- and happy that I received it. However, some of the "follow-up" was not so great. I asked about how to roll up this hat (since it ia a hat that can be rolled up) and I received a video clip that was not fully in English. I asked about a "case" for a rolled up hat and received a price quote -- but could not actually locate the item that I was quoted. I wanted to see more clearly what it looked like and if there were choices... I never found that out -- SO.. even though the HAT is great AND my "support questions" were answered quickly, there was still a problem with how my queries were answered. I would like to add that I [finally] DID get a response that the requested "wooden box" was NOT currently available on the web site. However, I did not want to buy something that I could not even examine in advance. In general, this is a very good company to work with and I hope that the customer aspect will continue to be improved.
Purchased a hat for my husband's birthday over two weeks ago. No updates on shipping except a label has been "created". No email updates (which should be automated in this day and age) assuring me that the order is in process and what to expect, at this point, reassuring me. I've read the reviews and have concerns about the quality and options if the product is inferior, I would want a full refund including shipping. At this point, I am not impressed and have requested assistance through customer service. Hopefully, I will hear something ASAP.
Alpacha pancho used it a few times. Only had for 2 months it ripped in half like paper. Very poor quality I do not recommend I hope they will refund me or mail a replacement and I pray the replacement will be better quality
