Nov 29,2023Volete ricevere un “ bel” maglione di alpaca con la lana infeltrita, evidentemente usato e lavato e di una taglia S da donna che potrebbe andare bene ad una bambina?… allora vi consiglio questo sito! Se invece come me vi aspettereste un maglione soffice al tatto, avvolgente e caldo, come indicato nella descrizione, allora state alla larga da questo sito! Il maglione che mi è arrivato arrivato sta in piedi da solo da tanto rigida che è la lana! Ovviamente ho subito contattato il servizio clienti che hanno giustificato il fatto nel dire che si tratta di lana “ spazzolata “e che la misura può variare a seconda degli articoli. Peccato però che io ho acquistato altri capi in alpaca spazzolata e non ho mai ricevuto articoli con una lana così rovinata e di una misura S così minuscola. Peccato che non posso mettervi la foto!? Volendo ovviamente effettuare il reso , il servizio clienti mi ha comunicato che le spese sarebbero state a carico mio comprese le spese doganali, per la bellezza di 30 euro , più del 50% del valore del maglione! Sono proprio dei truffatori!!!! E chi mi dice che una volta pagato le spese per la restituzione, mi rimborseranno????

Nov 24,2023I have emailed Gambia Fashion Several times with no response. I want to order a jumper for my wife the Andean Round Neck Alpaca Sweater in green large. My experience of ordering from companies in the USA has been poor. My question remains unanswered which was how long will it take from time to order to delivery in England? Also if the sweater does not fit what is the return policy. If I get a answer then I might order it

The straw Fedora I purchased was sprayed black and not evenly. Gamboa though corrected the problem and gave me a refund…thanks Gabriela for understanding…

Nov 07,2023I have purchased from Gamboa a few times and always enjoyed the experience. I find it fascinating that I get items shipped from all over the country. I recently ordered about 20 items. Yesterday I received a single hat band from that order shipped from Missouri. The other stuff came from all over the states. No problem, just fascinating. I have not had a problem with Gamboa and I love Alpaca clothing.

Nov 04,2023Wrong custom declaration. My hats are still hanging in the swiss custom. I got it from the customs with a delay but because of this "wrong declaration one Hat for USD 20.00" but the content was 3 hats for about USD 204.95. I got a penalty and expenses form the Custom Audit, a submission commission fee and other taxes for about USD 62.50 I hope Gamboa will reimburse me for the additional costs. Oct 28,2023Un sombrero se ajusta a la talla. En el otro a talla no se corresponde con la de la etiqueta. Sombrero 62 y en la etiqueta marca 58. La empresa de transporte UPS cobra unos gastos muy elevados por su gestión en la aduana que ha incrementado en un 70% el precio pagado por dos sombreros.
