Quindi a fronte di un ordine di 3 capi ne ho ricevuto uno solo

Speedy overnight delivery; I could not believe it when I saw the item outside my apartment door! The product was neatly packaged and nicely folded. Jan 04,2024Genuine alpaca wool, light and warm (needs proper laundry attention to keep its "looks new" appearance: hand wash, max 30°C, no twisting/spinning, flat dry). No pbm with Gamboa for the 2 buys I made 1 year ago and 2 weeks ago: fast delivery, items are those i ordered, no agro. Nice, thanks.

This Christmas I didn't open up the package until Christmas eve when I was wrapping it and it turned out to be the wrong size. Customer service took care of me over and above even though it was past the refund time frame. Was an absolute pleasant experience. A company that actually cares about their customers!

Dec 28,2023Received an item as a gift and because of the short 10 day return policy, was unable to return since it was 6 days late. I was offered a 25% coupon on an additional order, which is useless based on my dissatisfaction of the company. Why would I order more? The fit and shape of the sweater is also strange. It looks very inconsistently sew together where the waist is much smaller than the bottom.

Dec 28,2023I ordered a jacket and a cardigan from Gamboafashion.com Both were in their Alpaca section and were described as being made from 100% alpaca. They have just arrived. Both items have tags saying they're made from alpaca. The one item is definitely 100 synthetic. It's horrible. The other one could be made from natural fibres or a mix of natural and synthetic fibres, but given that the other one clearly has never been near an alpaca I am very suspicious that the other really is made from 100% alpaca. As for being handmade, well who knows. I am waiting to hear back from the company. I am one very unhappy customer!

Erstaunlich, da es mitten in der Weihnachtszeit hier in Deutschland oft Verzögerungen bei der Auslieferung gibt. Die bestellten Sachen passen perfekt und erfüllen zu 100 Prozent meine Vorstellungen. Ich bedanke mich bei Gamboafashion.

Dec 15,2023I bought my husband a cardigan for Christmas from Gamboa. (I could have purchased the same item from Amazon, and gotten free returns. Now I'm sorry I didn't do that.) I have a Gamboa sweater my husband gave me a couple of years ago, and it's lovely. Despite the company's strict return policy, I thought the sweater I ordered would be fine, based on the quality of the product I have. It's much thinner, and I'm not even sure I received the right size. I phoned the company, but didn't get a return call. I emailed, same result. Finally I responded to a promotional email. I got a stock response (it was written twice on the same message). I wrote back, explained the problems, and was given 2 choices: exchange, or keep the (cheap-looking) item, and get a discount on another item. I explained that without talking to someone, I wouldn't know if I were getting a heavier-weight sweater. I also explained that we're on a fixed income, and buying another product wasn't in our budget. The response: there are no exceptions to their policy. I will NEVER buy anything from this company again.

Dec 14,2023The same thing just happened to me. I also placed an order for a man poncho and paid more for faster shipping. Amazon shipping said my order was delivered, but it WAS NOT. I do not have my item and Gamboa is not offering any kind of compensation. This company does not care for customer satisfaction, it is the worst experience I've ever had.

Dec 12,2023On November 26 (order no. 8369) I ordered a few items. Some I got and a few others were canceled at the last moment and reimbursed. However, I still haven’t gotten the grey sweater I ordered for my son. My order was for express delivery but so far, I haven’t gotten it. I wrote twice comments using the contact info from their webpage asking for info regarding my order and also called their US phone number, but so far nobody cared to reply. Dec 04,2023Da ich nur 5 Teile bestellt hatte, kamen 3 verschiedene päckchen an und eines wurde im falschen Haus in den Briefkasten eingeworfen. Vielleicht wäre eine Überprüfung der Logistik und der Zusteller ratsam. Die Wollsachen sind sehr angenehm zu tragen und geben richtig schön warm.

Jan 14,2024I purchased a panama hat from Gamboa, and what I received did not match the quality shown in the pictures. The weave of the hat was very wide and not as fine as the pictures indicated; I would not have recognized what I received as a panama hat, as it looked more mass produced item than a handwoven article. Additionally, the brim was narrower in the front of the hat than on the sides, which is not the mark of a quality hat (I think it is a fairly reasonable expectation that the hat brim would be the same width on all sides of the hat). I contacted customer service within 2 days of receiving the hat and shared that the hat I received did not meet my expectations for quality, and that I believe it has a defect in the width of the brim, and had requested instructions on how to proceed with a return. I was informed that returning the hat was not an option, as they do not accept returns. I shared that their return policy clearly states, " "If you're not completely satisfied with the quality, fit or size of any item, you can return or exchange it within 10 days of receipt." Yet, customer service was unwilling to honor the policy. I have never experienced such terrible customer service. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
