Feb 18,2015The online tool to estimate what the final product will look like is great. Taking apart and replacing the exterior components of a controller was easy with the screwdriver and directions provided. There was some minor filing w/ an emory board required where buttons would stick but anyone adventurous to open their controller should be prepared for this kind of fine-tuning. One piece was damaged upon arrival, but customer service was quick to send a replacement the next day, no questions asked. Would definitely buy again when I'm ready for a new look

Feb 18,2015This was a hands down great decision on my part. I reviewed and researched for months before purchase. And I can honestly say I made the right choice. It is very easy to setup and use. It's quality of build and paint was astonishing very strong durable and let me say, I was a little nervous about the painted controller, as I am a heavy gamer alot of hours a day and days on end, and so I thought the paint may chip or peel and I can tell you what it hasn't not one bit. Great job on your end guys. It goes great with all shooters like it claims and is easily turned off for other games or usage for movies etc. I can easily say I am glad I chose Gamer Modz over the competition. Also if you input to many mods it is eas to reset and start over with new combinations and ways of attack lol. This has become my main controller all day and hasn't worn the paint the buttons the joysticks the R1R2 L1L2, all in perfect working condition. I may be ordering another one soon as I like the ideas of designing my own it's very hands on and easy as well. I would love to see some more features though as far as color combos and buttons such as r1 r2 l1 l2 color options and even the ps share start buttons as well as TouchPad color options. But overall very satisfied with the quality the timing of ordering and receiving it was fast for them building it custom for me. And very pleased with the customer service I had gotten even before I purchased it I emailed them months ago and they were very polite, helpful and just all around awesome couldn't ask for better than I got and I'm sure everyone gets these guys and girls at Gamer Modz are top notch great people with great service and great products.

Feb 17,2015Mods are great work flawlessly controller looks good and works good. Had a few changes made from when I ordered it first time and emailed them and had a response in 30 mins they took care of changes quickly. Great place going to order a couple of more for sure.

Dec 10,2014I chose GamerModz as they appeared to be a market leader, the design options were the best i could find and generally seen good reviews. The order process was easy, delivery was within 2 weeks, by DHL, well wrapped, the only complaint i could have is i got charged an import fee into the UK which i believe was covered in the price, so all told the controller cost me £160. The controller was easy to connect, easy to program, easy to use and worked excellently for the first 5 days. Day 6 arrives, I turn my Xbox One on, push the right trigger button to switch tabs, and it jumps 2 tabs. I try it over and over, ensuring rapid fire was switched off, i even disconnected it completely from the Xbox One and reconnected it, still the same issue. Along with that, the paint work had started to wear off around the trigger and shoulder buttons. A bit poor after 5 days. So i send GamerModz an email, to which i get an automated reply telling me they will contact me promptly in working hours..... That was nearly two weeks ago and still no response. Ultimately i have spent £160 on a controller that now does not work, and GamerModz do not seem to want to contact me to try and resolve. For such an expensive product, I would not trust purchasing from them, as it seems if it goes wrong, you are severely out of pocket!!!

Nov 14,2014GamerModz was a dream to work with. They kept in touch every step of the way, offering suggestions and going out of their way to fulfill requests for modifications that weren't even offered on the website. The final product came out amazing, I couldn't be happier! Definitely recommend!

Once I received the controller I was speechless it looks amazing and works great on Advanced Warfare (especially the dropshot mod).

Oct 21,2014Ordered a custom controller which turned out exactly like I imagined. Had a minor issue a few months after receiving the controller and GamerModz took care of the repair quickly and with no charge for the repair.

Oct 18,2014I love the custom paint, and the great customer service. The mods themselves welllllllll... a bit less than I expected. First few hours worked great, the menu button blacked out and go to heart beat mode. Now about 6 weeks later and many hours of game play the button won't black out and heart beat mode is barely noticeable. Turning on fire rate was quick and accurate, worked like a charm. Programming the fire rate was easy, and accurate, but quickly that deteriorated. It slips out of fire rate often and sometimes even shuts down. Periodically I will have to pull the batteries to reset it all back to normal. So in closing .... It's a lot of money foe something that doesn't work like intended all of the Time. Issues with programming come quick, craftsmanship of the custom paint is beautiful, just don't expect it to last forever

I've ordered parts as well as brand new controllers and am happy with every order. My latest order came with a part missing due to the painting process, but a quick email later and 24 hours later I had the part in my hands. I already have plans to place another order with Gamermodz. Sorry, wallet!

The customer service team walked us through the process and made sure the product was working before we hung up. They really are a super group of people.

Oct 08,2014My son saw this website that he could design his own controller for his XBox One. After numerous choices he finally came up with his own original controller and absolutely loves it so much that he kept the box it came in and that's where it sits once he is not playing it. He has started designing the next one he wants for Christmas. When I had questions in regards to the mods on it, Colin was very helpful and accommodating. It was a great experience.

I ordered the wrong shell for my new ps4 controller by mistake, notified Gamer Modz and they said without hesitation, "send it back and we will get the shell you really want!" This is at no additional charge, amazing. Turnaround was quick and before I knew it, the updated (candied version) controller came in. I was stunned and amazed on how good it looked. The best part is it works flawlessly! Easy instructions on how to configure, AWESOME performance, FANTASTIC price (ALL the features), and INCREDIBLE fast top notch service to go with it. I have purchased a modded controller (ps3) with another company before this one and the wait was painfully over a month. Gamer Modz is superior in looks, quality, price, and has the best customer service by far. Needless to say, there is no need for another Modded controller company for me, Gamer Modz is it!!!

Sep 14,2014I made a parts only purchase from them for every part except the d-pad and an extra shell. Took about 3 weeks before i got my order, which was just a little longer than i expected of them. When it got here, all the pieces looked tons better than on the website. They even sent me the screwdriver needed for assembly. The only thing wrong with appearance was a tiny bit of fading on the back of one of the shells, but it still looked great. In terms of how the parts worked, the bumpers i ordered didnt fit properly, and the battery pack was too loose. More specifically, the left bumper button would be pressed down by the shell and i wouldnt be able to release it, and the battery pack can't establish a secure enough connection without the use of some tape. I just replaced those two parts with black stock parts and it ended up looking great. When it comes to customer service, I thought they were great. I e-mailed gamermodz on a couple occasions and received fairly quick replies answering my questions. I would recommend this site to almost everyone.
