Aug 21,2014I never thought I would get a modded controller but with all the hackers and modders on PS4 has been very irritating!! So I decided if everyone else is jumping off the bridge then hell why not I!! So I googled modded controllers and the first site that popped up was Gamermodz. Did some research on their site and bought the blue carbon fiber juggernaut ps4 controller. After I ordered it I a few days passed and I kept looking at the site to check the status and it looked as if nothing was happening so I emailed gamermodz. Immediately got a response and was told all orders were getting backed up due to Sony changing the PS4 controller. Since my order was overdue by their six to ten build time they told me my order would come with a 25 dollar gift certificate and would be shipped the next tuesday. That didn't happen so I emailed again and asked what is going on? Response was immediate and they told me it just got finished the day before and they changed my shipping to priority mail due to the wait. It shipped on a friday and was in my hands on monday. Controller looked great and now was time to put the mods in action. I had some trouble with a few not working like i saw in the videos posted on their website so I emailed them again and they asked me for a time that I could be called at. They called me the next day and come to find out the guy who is playing in the videos is the guy who called me. I believe he said his name was Collin. He walked me through each mod and tought me how to set up timing with quickscope, auto reload, and rapid fire. He was completely professional and very helpfull!! Plus he has a lot of knowledge on the different consoles and we talked for an hour and a half. Very cool guy!! Thanks man for the help!!! Now my controller is working great and I already have people getting mad at me saying I'm cheating but honestly I dont care because how bad call of duty has gotten with hackers! I would recommend this site to anyone who wants a great customizable modded controller! Thank you Gamermodz for the controller and the immediate responses when I had questions!! Wonderfull service and Collin was awesome teaching me how to work my mods perfectly!! Thanks Collin for that!! You guys get a perfect review from me....!!!

Aug 21,2014I recently contacted them explaining that my son's birthday was coming and I ordered the controller but was afraid I was not going to get it on time this gentleman a customer service said basically expedited my order and change it to priority mail as soon as receiving my email. I was not expecting this!! He also sent me an email explaining that my son should watch this!! Who ever it was showed a level of customer service I haven't experienced for a VERY LONG time! Your company,with employees like that, is on the road to continued success !!! I truly thank gamermodZ.com for all the help!!! It was a pleasure doing business with you!!!!

Aug 20,2014the case mod was very well made but when putting together found excess plastic on the sync button making the button unusable. tried to correct but in the end left original part for sync button in case.

Aug 19,2014My 10 yo son designed a custom game controller from GamerModz he wanted for his birthday. I submitted the order with a 2 day rush to get it in time for his party. A gliche happened with the order and we realized that GamerModz did not have the specs for the controller he designed on his screen at home. Colin was extremely helpful and professional. He corrected the situation immediately...communicated with me to make sure it was everthing he wanted and even expedited the order to get it for his birthday!! My son was thrilled with the outcome and was so proud to show his friends (:

It is built well, and looks exactly like his original design. The manual that was emailed to us was very informative. We would order again in a heartbeat!

They were not only upfront about the time it would take to build a modified controller for my son, they sent us an email letting us know when we could expect the device to be completed and packaged for delivery. The process did take nearly four weeks, but that is the price you pay for quality work. They don't just have modified controllers laying around to ship, they built it to the specifications that he requested. As a result he is extremely happy with his purchase. All of the features that he ordered work to his satisfaction and he and I would both recommend GamerModz to anyone interested in purchasing an advanced gaming component. Well done!

Aug 04,2014The gamer mod I purchased was for my son. He picked out his mod including all the customized features and he is very happy with it. It took about 3 weeks for him to get it but the wait was worth it because it blows the competition out the window! All of his friends are jealous and I suspect there will be orders coming in because of it.

Aug 25,2014The product was overall outstanding, great responsiveness and amazing feel. The triggers have excellent sensitivity and everything is completely reliable. The only complaint I have is that both the trigger are slightly askew, tilted in towards the center of the controller, possibly due to 2 loose screws or simply a small part inside slightly out of place. Bar this defect, which has no impact on use, I could not have asked for a better controller. Very satisfied.
