Jul 22,2014It took almost a month to the day to get my Juggernaut controller but I can understand if they're in high demand. Unfortunately when mine finally arrived it had several problems. The main one is that it continuously disconnects from the console. I tried swapping battery packs and even just running the power cable without a battery and it still does the same thing. Several of the mods it has don't seem to work or stop working so maybe it's all tied into the same disconnect problem. Now I'm trying to get it back for service and they haven't responded to my last 3 emails and their phone number only has a recording. They offer a 7 day refund policy and although I did contact them within that time frame it doesn't do a lot of good if they don't respond!!!

Jul 20,2014Well 1st off, i ordered the controller. A month later it was still in the hydro-dip/paint area, 3 more weeks was when it was finally shipped to my house. The service speed was not good at all. I haven't tried the controller yet because they took to long and sent it once i went on vacation. If you order one you might want to sit and wait a few months before you receive your controller

Jul 15,2014once in a while my headphones will cut in and out, but thats the only problem with the controller itself. Beside that it works fine. the only problem with this company is that it took over a month to even ship. Plus i paid for express 2 day shipping and i din;t recieve it till 5 buisness days after it shipped.

Jul 10,2014I purchased a custom controller for my son for his 13th birthday. When we finally received it we did notice one of the buttons sticking. So we sent it back to be fixed. It came back with the same issue and we had to send it back a second time. The only down side to the company is really only being able to communicate through email. It's very time consuming and hard to communicate everything efficiently. Now that everything is fixed it's great, was just disappointed at first that you have to spend so much then had to basically wait 2 months to get exactly what I ordered.

The controllers are worth all the money,even if they would be just a simple controller; one still would enjoy it, because the fine colors,and a multi-array of touches the technicians at GamerModz implemented. Furthermore,looks like: the team at GamerModz managed to somehow hide little monsters inside each of the modded controllers,because sure as hell they bring havoc on the opposite team.

Jul 09,2014I LOVE THIS COMPANY THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR MY SON B-DAY THE CONTROLLER I ORDERED WAS WELL PUT TOGETHER AND EXACTLY AS I ORDERED. THEY KEEP YOU IN THE LOOP ON WHERE THEY ARE IN BUILDING YOUR EQUIPMENT AND HAVE A VAST SELECTION OF COLORS TO CHOOSE FROM. IT WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY. I'M ORDERING ANOTHER CONTROLLER THIS MONTH. EVEN THE PACKAGING WAS SECURE AND PRODUCT CAME AS PROMISED.

Jul 07,2014The website is nice, creating my own controller was cool, so many choices to choose from but that's where it ends, it took 2 weeks past the dispatch time before it was dispatched, when I received it I was not that amazed, one of the triggers has a slight deformation Mark and the start button and menu button wasn't green as I had chosen when creating, and lastly the quality of the finished controller was poor.

Jul 05,2014Best money I have spent on my xbone. The parts are top notch, the finish looks and feels great. I got the juggernaut mod and all the mods work perfectly. When you add in that gamermodz.com is by far the cheapest controller mod company out. you just can't beat it. I will be using their services for all my future modded controllers.

Jul 24,2014We ordered what we wanted, concerned with shipping date, we emailed for expected delivery date. They actually called to speak with me to explain their normal time frame, it was then shipped as promised! Unit has had no problems in the two months we have owned it. Not many companies bother with this kind of service!!!! Thank you!!
