May 26,2014Placed an order for a controller. 2 weeks later no confirmation e mail or contact. No response to e mail after another 10 days so opened a dispute via paypal asking for an estimated delivery date and had money refunded instead. 1 very upset son and 4 wasted weeks. AVOID!!!

May 23,2014I have used other Custom Controller websites for previous purchases. I have to say that GamerModz was not only the quickest ,regarding to getting the order out, but they also had the BEST customer service. In my dealings with other websites it took them almost 2 months to send me my controller. For GamerModz, it was barely even 2 weeks before I got my conformation of shipment. That was another thing, GamerModz was very good about sending me emails, and giving me updates on the progress of my controller. Something that a lot of other companies lack. All-in-all, one of the best purchases and business dealings I have every had with a Custom Controller Company! Thanks for all your hard work, keep it up!!!!!!

May 23,2014For my 1st time ordering it was a bit confusing. I didn't realize, nor my son, that the actual guts of the controller were not included. I still have to go out and by a controller so my son can take it apart and put it back together. I could've saved $ and just got 1 from the store in the 1st place.

May 20,2014Bought the new juggernaut mod thinking my cod ghosts multiplayer matches would dominate however the bullets per second didn't impress or make it any easier to kill other players I was def let down wasn't worth the 80 dollars.

May 17,2014Upon receipt of the controller, I was genuinely surprized by the quality, but at the high price point, a surprise shouldn't really be that surprising. Needless to say, upon using the controller, I noticed that the overall controller experience was nice, it had some definite issues that hampered my overall experience. The ps button and the start and select buttons required excessive pressing, and they did not have the feel of the quality that I was expecting, and with buttons as important as those, this is inexcusable. I plan on contacting customer service to see if there is anything that can be done. I am, overall, not satisfied.

May 13,2014Anyway that pretty much sums it up. I actually got a couple of my gamer buddies to order them at same time. Bc lately it seems that everyone is using them. I did a bunch of research and went with Gamermodz. I regret it. No where on their website does it say it will take over 30 days to receive the remote. It does say 1-4 day processing. Good luck with that. Well I might be a bit more disappointed and angry then norm. Considering I got two other friends to get them at the same time. Guess what, after convincing them to go gamermodz. Their remotes work. FML. The thing that bothers me is that you can watch the process of the remote build. My remote spent over two weeks in "testing". I am guessing the kid who went to school in the trailer next to school where the other kids went, tested mine. Yup 1-3 chance you get him. Lol. Rely the LS2 button didn't work. So I couldn't reset or program it. How do you miss that? No damage to box so can't blame on that. Just understand that "testing" is bullfish. It did look cool. Nice hydro graphics. But seriously who cares if the remote doesn't work. Another thing don't spend $ on quicker shipping. My buddy didn't do two day and he got it the same day I did. Both my buddies say it really works on battlefield vs. call of duty. I can neither agree nor disagree. I think they might like enough to keep theirs. However I asked for full refund. Let's see how that goes. Bc it hasn't happened yet. I don't know if they will bang for 20% and or shipping. They should not as it was defective before delivery. However I think I am going to pass on buying any modified remote. I did the research and went with who I thought was the best. Bad taste in my mouth. Sure. Is it a sham? Not sure. However I think it's now the reason why online multiplayer gaming sucks now. Maybe I am bitter. Good luck

May 09,2014I received my Modded Xbox One controller yesterday and straight away I was impressed. The paint coating out the shell of the controller was perfect. The gloss was shiny and beautiful and the paint was seamless. No imperfections. I looked up the manual on how to program my Juggernaught mod and the instructions were clear and detailed. I was able to program my controller exactly how I wanted within minutes. After getting into a game of Call of Duty: Ghosts I soon realised how powerful this controller is. I activated the Auto Run mod, the Quick Reload mod, the Drop Shot mod and the Rapid Fire mod on the right trigger. These mods were strange to get used to in the beginning but as soon as I became more comfortable with them I noticed a big difference in gameplay. I would highly recommend these controllers to anyone who is looking for that extra edge in FPS games, especially Call of Duty. GamerModz are professional and have fantastic customer service.

May 08,2014My daughter used Christmas $$ for a special remote - it arrived and she was so excited. A couple weeks later, I noticed she wasn't using it, and I asked her why? I then I reached out to GamerModz with my concerns and questions, and they were absolutely AMAZING and worked with us until my daughter LOVES her remote again. I would definitely give them a 10 on customer service. Couldn't be happier. Thank you GamerModz for making her remote experience and spending her own money well worth it!!

May 06,2014I really love my modded controller. A little disappointed cause I thaught it would speed up my assault rifle but it only works for burst guns or single shots which is pretty cool. Good service thanks guys I love it

May 26,2014Product is great but service and shipping s slower than a dead snail. Both times I have used your service it was over a month before I received my package. To me, that is unacceptable for the price of the product. Unlikely to buy.again if it remains this way.
