Feb 02,2014Gamer Modz offers a wide array of choices when it comes to custom controllers. I was able to customize the xbox controller of my choice to the very last part. I was free to choose any color part on offer and was not restricted to a preset combination. Not only were the customization options open and with little limits, but the price was a bargain. Gamer Modz does what other modded controller sites do not, and that is to provide superb customization with different shells, colors, designs, and color gradients at a bargain price. Other sites don't even have different gradients or designs when creating a custom controller. The controller felt great and looked great. The image displayed on the creator page is a bit off from the actual parts in person, but there is a fair warning on the page and with good judgment you won't be disappointed with the picture not fully resembling the controller that you receive. One minor complaint is that the controller that i received has a squeaky right trigger if pulled down at certain point in quick succession. I can easily shrug this off because I've been used to xbox controllers making this sound especially being fond of first- person- shooters that are heavy on trigger use.

Jan 30,2014i bought 2 controllers for my grandsons for xmas and the touch screen on the one wasn't working. I emailed the company who said they would send me a bag with a label on so that i could return it and it wouldn't cost me any postage, however the very next day i had another email to say they wouldn't bother sending me a postage bag they would send a replacement controller anyway and that we could keep the faulty one. I think the service from this company deserves top marks. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this company again very helpful. thank you once again my grandson was ovejjoyed with his new controller.

Jan 30,2014I ordered an XBox controller, as a promise to my son, late one night and decided the next day I wanted to change the order. He wanted to get a rapid fire mod and I wanted to use an XBox controller we already had. I sent an email and started getting personalized CS from Amy B. She is hustling to impress. I am looking forward to the controller for my little boy.

Jan 24,2014I ordered a modified xbox 360 controller for my nephew on 12/16/13. I was not expecting to recieve the controller by Christmas, I knew I was a little late on that. I was, however, hoping for the following week. The website stated a 6-10 day production window before shipping. When I had not yet recieved the controller by 1/6/14 I emailed customer service which stated I would have a response by the end of the next buisness day. 3 days later they emailed me back to say that they had production delays, they hoped to have the controlller shipped by the following week and they would expedite the shipping at no extra cost. I appreciated the expedited shipping but did not appreciate that no one let me know of the delay as it was occuring. The controller did not ship until 1/16/14, a month after ordering.

Jan 23,2014I love supporting start up companies like this one, because you get the most bang for your buck and GamerModz did not disappoint! Worth the wait, because my carbon fiber ps3 controller is awesome and I am excited to see what new products and designs they have coming out for the PS4.

Jan 19,2014I have tried 2 other modded controllers in the past but nothing beats this. The craftsmanship is top as well as easy functionality. Feels and looks like it came straight from sony.

Jan 19,2014Purchased the carbon fiber pink controller from gamermodz.com and was really impressed with how well the design turned out. The controller paint design was very symmetrical and controller paint doesn't seem cheap so far either. I've only had the controller for two weeks and so far I haven't had any issues and I've had ten people ask me where I purchased it after adding it to my Instagram.

Jan 19,2014Management from GM personally called me and told me all the difficulties they were going through, from lack of parts to holidays, etc. He made it right by expediting my order and refunding the shipping and a discount on the final tab. I was really impressed and will buy from them again simply for that personal touch. For potential buyers, be aware this is a small, growing company that, even under pressure to build tons of custom orders, cannot sacrifice on high quality, that in itself means a lot to me. I've seen one of their custom controllers at a friends and they are top notch and by far the best out there. Good company!

Jan 18,2014Order from them and got a great service. I know there was a delay but that was my fault ordering to near to Christmas. Who doesn't have delays a week before Christmas even more so when each product is custom made one off. Anyway the ccontroller and it looks amazing. Thank you very much.

Jan 16,2014I ordered a controller and a gift card from gamermodz.com on December, 15th as a Christmas gift and still haven't received it (today is January 15th). When I ordered it I had heard good things about the site and their controllers, but needless to say I am disappointed. When you go to order them it says allow 6-10 business days to ship your products, whenever I see that before I order I see it as their end of a contract, I spend $185 and they guarantee my products to ship within their set time limit. I have tried emailing them about it and to see if my order is any closer to shipping and they keep telling me that they're busy with other orders due to the holiday season. The first time I contacted them they said it should ship by the 9th and when it didn't I contacted them again and the second time they said it should ship by the 13th, when it failed to ship again I tried contacting them again to see when it would ship and they have yet to get back to me. I'm starting to wonder if the site is even legitimate and if I will ever receive the products I have already been charged for. I can say for sure that if I ever get my products it will be the last thing I ever purchase from them.

Jan 14,2014We ordered two controllers for my kids for Christmas and still have not recieved one of them. They won't even answer the phone. I have emailed 3 times with no response. Its been a month. Terrible! If I could rate one star I wouls!

Jan 14,2014I ordered a mod controller for my son mid December. Still have not received my order. Tried to contact the company and the only way I was able to do so was through an e mail in which every time I e mail them it is days before I get a response. I have heard many contradicting responses about my order. 6 to 10 days build time, 14 day build time, to it will be here the 13 TH of. January. I still have yet to receive it. I highly promote companies I have ordered from in the past and tend to order a lot when satisfied. I have never been so disappointed with a company and the customer service I have received as I am with this one!!! I did not even want to give them one star.

I am very unhappy & I want my product. I would not ever use your company or recommend you to anyone. Please handle this matter ASAP.

Jan 12,2014I made an order on December 18th, 2013. And now it's January 11th 2014! And I haven't gotten any emails or responses to wear my package is ?? And it said ONlY 6-10 days not 15 to 20 days !! I'm disappointed

Jan 10,2014This was purchased two weeks before Christmas and it is January 10th and the controller is still in process. We have yet to receive any merchandise as of this time, so all I am truly rating is the shipping time which is EXTREMELY slow and LONG. Nice Christmas gift for my son, considering it is now the middle of January and we still don't have anything. For the $200 that we spent, I didn't see it taking this long when I was quoted a 6 to 10 day turnaround and to have the merchandise by New Years.

Jan 10,2014I ordered my son a controller for christmas and didnt receive it in time, now his birthday is coming up and still no controller. I email and call with no response. I am beginning to think its a fraudulent company. I am going to report it to my bank as fraud and go from there, worst service I have ever had.
