Jun 17,2014My husband designed his new controller and I ordered, in May, for a Father's day gift. We understood it would take some time but when it still hadn't shipped the Friday before dad's day I called. I spoke to Megan, she checked and found that it was done and assured me it would be shipped that day, which it was. She gave all tracking info and was so helpful, she went above and beyond! My husband received his Father's day gift the day before, with a surprise, thanks to Megan, who is such a great customer service agent, a pleasure to speak with, thank you Megan. The controller was awesome and the prices were the best we found. All in all a perfect online shopping, ordering, communicating experience! Thanks GamerModz

Jun 05,2014We bought a modified controller and love it. The only downside is that it took three weeks to get to us. We paid for 2-day delivery. I didn't see anywhere on the site that it would take that long. But all of them are made to order, so it makes sense. But it was worth it -- the controller is awesome!

Jun 05,2014This site runs around 15 dollars higher than other similar merchants. My controller was shipped a week later than expected and even after I emailed and received a new ship date it didnt ship that day either. When I got the controller it was perfect exactly what I expected. One plus... more shell options than other merchants

Jun 05,2014The website was very user friendly and easy to navigate. I paid for expidited shipping which was kind of a waste because it takes a while for the controller to be designed so the extra day or two of shipping wouldn't really make a difference. Very happy with our purchase overall.

Jun 05,2014The only reason I give the controller 4 stars is it is a bit hard to get in and out of programming. Customer service and product is great other than the programming hang ups. Works flawlessly once you get it in the mode you want it. Would not recommend for kids younger than the high school level.

Jun 03,2014I ordered a custom xbox one controller, weeks later I was still not seeing any updates on my order. Serveral emails went unresponded to. Various attempts at calling them went unanswered. One time a lady answered and assured me my controller would be sent the upcoming week. That didn't happen, a week later and another call and I was told my controller would be out the following Monday. It was, currently awaiting it's arrival... I've ordered from this company before and had no issues. Don't know what's going on with them but I hope they get things sorted to make themselves more reliable and customer friendly. I'm skeptical as of now as to whether I'd buy from them again. I'll look for current reviews before clicking that pay now button for sure.

Jun 01,2014Jacob who is only 12 thought he was getting an awesome controller when he ordered through you guys. Come to find out even with the estimated shipping dates that changed almost on a daily basis, he controller still shipped 10 days later than the estimated date. I sent emails and the last email I received was that it would be sent no later than may 16th and that my shipping and handling would be reimbursed, all of which was a lie. Neither one happened and to this date he still hasnt received it. This has been the poorest service we have ever gotten and will NEVER order from you again!!!

May 29,2014Wow. Just hearing the word "juggernaut" automatically sets high expectations and let me tell you, those expectations were met. If you aren't familiar with this model, it has all of the features of the original Shots Per Second (SPS) models plus a whole other arsenal of crazy functions. From the burst fire mod all the way to the auto-reload, this controller really destroys anything that comes at it. Most recently, I've used it to play some oldschool Call of Duty: Black Ops II and oh man, was I impressed. The hand guns and other semi-automatic weapons sound like lasers when fired with this controller. The advantage that I have is unfathomable. I thoroughly enjoy other features of the controller like auto drop shot and auto run; these tools make the game extremely easy to play and beat the competition every time. On top of all the cool features on the inside, I also got to pick out a sweet color scheme. GamerModz is always adding to the available color and design choices which makes it easy to come up with a unique design. With these awesome customization methods, you can change the shell design all the way down to the color of your LEDs in the Xbox button. You won't be disappointed. If you're looking for something to really impress your friends and stomp the competition, GamerModz certainly has the right products for you so go ahead and check them out!

May 29,2014I was so stoked to order my controller. After it becoming 1 week late on delivery and me having checked the site to find out what is going on, i was told that they had a back order issue problem and were resolving it. I mention that no one every contacted me to tell me their was a hold up. You would think if you paid $161 for something, it would arrive on time. Anyways, I finally received my controller, almost 14 days late. I go to plug the controller in and nothing. Thinking it just needs to be charged, i charge it overnight. Still nothing. I am very unhappy with this product and this company. They do not answer phone calls but send you directly to a voice mail. It take a day or more for them to respond to emails. I am pretty pissed at spending $161 and getting crap. Someone better make this right and fast.

Jul 04,2014not much to complain about because this is my very first modded controller.the only thing i wish,was the akimbo mod being able to function with one trigger instead of two.other than that everything else was right on.i really like the digital camo finish on the body of my controller.very nice,job well done.no sticky buttons which is a big plus in book.other than akimbo mod,i'm enjoying using this controller for my cod series games.
