Engineer always turns up when they say they will. Professional service with friendly engineers. My only slightly negative feedback is I would prefer if they would carry out repairs at weekends. Even if it was just for repairs when the customer has no hot water or heating.
Myself and my young daughter was left with no heating and no hot water for over 2 weeks back in march 2020 the boiler needed replacing which I told them back in 2018 & 2019. The gas fitter who replaced the boiler was very polite and helpful and very clean worker gasway need to improve waiting time's to get job's done

Will not do all the work and caned me a liar when I roported some jobs but one was mist out and no0t done will not help on the job that is down to them.

Following a leak in our antiquated underfloor central heating, we decided to have a new system (boiler and pipes) above floor level. Gasway did a superb job! From the first representative who came to review the whole job, to the engineers who actually did the work (which took 13 days), we were extremely satisfied with every aspect of the work. We would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.
The engineer came at the very start of the lockdown, wearing mask and gloves, confirming with us first that we were happy for him to enter our property. He spent sometime repairing our boiler. It has been serviced earlier in the year and we have been very pleased with the service we have received.
The engineer arrived on to begin with and he noticed we were both wearing face masks. So, he said to us "Would you like me to wear a mask?" To which he went out to his van and brought one out. He told us in detail what he was going to do and he was very professional and according the readings he had he did not have that much work to do. He did install 5 heat sensors as the smoke alarms we had were far too sensitive. His whole manner made us feel very safe and we were very happy he came to do the work that was needed.
Had to wait a long time for my boiler system to be replaced between feb-June with a 1 year old so I found this extremely difficult however when someone did come they were very nice and sorted it
After my boiler went down for the 2nd time in 6 months I was told the part need to effect a repair wasnt in stock. After waiting a full week for a call I phoned them to be told that the part had arrived 4 days previously. They said someone had called but I had no record of the call and no message was left. I will have been without hot water for 12 days by the time they come to repair it - assuming the part is correct. Last time (over Christmas) they had 3 goes at getting the correct part for me!
Friendly but abysmal lack of communication between their offices and their customers (and engineers). Left hand doesn't seem to know what the right hand is doing.
I had a fault with my boiler, they were round the next day and found the fault, although they couldn't mend it on this visit they came back the following day and fitted the faulty part. Was so ompressed with their people have taken out 2 Boiler/Heating gold cover contracts.
I have been with Gasway for several years and I would recommend to others to join as you can not predict when your boiler stops working.
