Gasway have serviced my boiler for the last few years and checked my heat and smoke alarms are up to date. All the engineers are very polite and friendly, thorough and respect my home.

Everything was fine but the man didn't say a lot.
Your workers have done more damage than good and strangely you don't honour workers honesty in admitting the damage done. Workers go to base and the supervisor advises them not to admit! Disgraceful. Just called them back as per their response. They refer to it as alleged damage! A big hole left in our ceiling by the plumbers with the promise to return with builders from another department to fix. Plumber return to base and manager class it as alleged damage!

I called in the beginning of the December as my boiler was not working. An engineer came the next day and found a split flue and a broken valve. They gave me a written quote about the components needed replacement but when I called back ready to accept their price they told me that I had to wait two weeks. I was clearly disappointed but the lady on the phone didn't make any effort to suggest a better solution. Obviously I was not going to wait two weeks without heating so I called somebody else. Later they send me an invoice of a little more than 200 pounds for their initial visit without obviously finishing the work.
Very very very good
This time, not great! We asked them to come and check we didn't have a leak. They said they would let us know when they would be with us over the next couple of days! And they came when we popped out. They hadn't contaced us first. Then nothing, no contact at all! Good job we don't have a leak, we could be lying here dead and nobody checked!
Efficient, helpful and pleasant man who quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot.
