Last visit by engineer was for annual gas check in September, as part of our boiler protection plan. Engineer was very good but didn't look inside burner chamber to check that, otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

Great to always see the regular man who comes to our area. He does a good job and is friendly and communicates well. Just had an annual service. No problems. All of the engineers were clean tidy and polite. Explained what work they had carried out and tidied up when they finished. My only complaint would be that if a replacement part had to be obtained I would have preferred the same engineer who started the job to complete the job rather than a different engineer.
Left lights on up stairs after doing service. Not very sociable engineer at all. Rude to my little 2year grandson whom was just curious about what he was doing .
Top quality s rvice
Lady engineer who came did not fix problem with cold radiator in bedroom, all she suggested was that she didn't have heat in on her bedroom. I explained that I didn't want room to become damp. This didn't help me as I said I like a little heat in my bedroom, also asking if I used this particular bedroom. When I made call to make appointment I said it was the main bedroom. When I had the same problem with another radiator in another bedroom, and this was found to be the valve, I did suggest this but engineer said no it was not the problem.

Great service, lovely workers, good callcentre. They did their best to get to me, even out of hours. A relief to go straight to Gasway instead of having to go through housing association.

Shocking, If you're looking for a first time fix look elsewhere. It took 3 visits to solve my problem which was quite basic and the customer service was awful. WILL NEVER USE GASWAY AGAIN
