The Gasway team were fantastic at resolving our central heating breakdown at my tenants' property over a very cold , stressful Christmas and New Year. A huge Thank You to Sam Knights and Laura in the office as well as the other engineers and plumbers who installed a new boiler, then had to repipe all the pipework due to leaks etc. The team worked flat out to complete the job, and made sure the tenants were inconvenienced as much as possible. They were careful to protect carpets and covid safe practises observed always. Laura was very good at communicating between us and very reassuring.

The 2 men were polite and professional in their work. The one in charge was more in a rush and a bit heave handed with the hammer drill. Broke 2 facia bricks, drilling from inside to out, which does not look good. When I got taught this stuff, we were told to measure the wall thickness and turn off the hammer action in the last inch to save the brick facias, I still need to fix the issue. Also a couple of minor water leaks, that left some stains in the downstairs ceilings that were fixed afterwards. The rest of the job was good. So 4/5 good, but could be better.

I can’t give enough stars. I have used Gasway servicing and maintenance for many years, and recently have had 2 new boiler installations. The first went without any hitch. The second was not so good, and in my opinion needed remedial work. I don’t expect any company to always be able to get things right first time every time. A sign of a decent company, and one with which I want to have an ongoing relationship, is one which deals effectively with customer dissatisfaction. Gasway not only met my expectations in this, but also my hopes. I spoke to a lovely lady who quickly sent Jake round to inspect the job, telling me that he would ‘ sort things out so that I was happy’ He was so professional, listened to me, answered my many questions and was empathetic without being disloyal to his colleagues. Two further visits were made to alter pipe work, and the engineer’s work was immaculate. He was also very pleasant, and cleaned thoroughly before leaving. I could not be more pleased with this job. I am also delighted to have a heating company which I can use with complete confidence in the future.

Been with Gasway about 4 or 5 years and found nothing to fault them. Scheduled servicing has been done as promised by courteous and friendly engineers. The few times I have had to call them regarding a boiler fault they have been there within 24 hours and sorted it out promptly and without fuss. A new pump fitted ... so very different from my old one ...very space age... but without cost. I have nothing but praise for them. You can only report on your own experience but mine has been without fault unlike other companies.

Over the 16 years I have had a gas boiler, I have always found Gasway 100% efficient and I feel confident knowing I am on an annual contract with this Company.

Failed to turn up twice for a boiler service, with no notice given at all on either days. Was told their systems were down and I would be called back to re-arranged (and be apologised to) but nothing. Really disappointed in their service. How hard is it to get a boiler service when you pay them £15.99 every month. I shall be cancelling for sure.

The engineer who serviced my gas boiler was polite and efficient. My issue is with Gasway's Admin/Customer Service department. There seems to be no way to get a call transferred to someone who can help when you have a problem. I have rung in and left my contact details on 3 separate occasions. Each time I am assured I will receive an email or phone call which never comes. Appalling service.
