Mar 04,2020Used by my insurance backup after 4visits was told I need a power flush each time the engineer visited it was a different fault which they tried to fix each one was ok but was told each time pump was not running right if it stops hit it with a hammer no further contact was made by gas way .received a letter from insurers that I would not be covered by insurance until power flush was done it has been completed by a different company who said a new pump was required which I feel should have been replaced by gas way I will be in touch with my insurance to state this.

Feb 29,2020The general standard of workmanship was good. However, there were one or two unforeseen problems which meant that the work took one day longer than expected, but the engineers kept us fully informed throughout and did their best to sort the issues as quickly as they could.

Feb 29,2020The reason we did not give a 5star rating was although he was thorough he walked in with his shoes on and as our elfectricity board/fuse box r located in our garage releivedthat it was not wet or I would have had to tell him about it embarrassing or not. However he did see that the things in the garage were not up to standard.
