Oct 04,2019Dreadful customer service, want us to pay for a call out prior to the engineer arriving. Won't even let us phone up to pay on the day or make an immediate bank payment when the engineer has completed the fault diagnosis. Then has to phone again to chase for pro-forma which they hadn't sent so we could pay ahead of the call-out. Also take ages to answer the phone. Lauren - I did raise a complaint at the time and was told that someone would call me back on Monday 7th Oct before 5.30pm. No one has.

Oct 01,2019Called gasway as radiators not working, tried bleeding them but to no avail. I have an 8month old baby too but adamant they won’t send an engineer out. Something to do with flagship contract....load of garbage
