Excellent service
Not a good experience spent months trying to get Gasway to listen regardind a leak in the heating system but to no avail then after damage caused by water leak repairs not completed to an average standard or completed. Then after complaining was told they wouldn't do any further work ... so disappointed I would recommend people use a different company
hi the gas boiler fitters did a good job but it went down hill from there the electrician was to turn up a hour later did not turn up so i phoned gas ways and they said he would be there between 4.30 and 5.30 he did not turn up phoned again was told he was not answering his phone said they would phone back they did not so i phoned again and again at 7pm they said they were not going to do it till the next day i asked to speak to manager he would not speak to me said it was not urgent does not care if you have hot water or not they just do not care about the customer the lady on the phone was helpful

The two guys completed the job in two days. They done a super job in a professional, caring and tidy way, They were both very nice people. I'm extremely pleased with the whole job.
Turned up for appointment when they said they would did there job and left no problems and happy with service.
Appointment booked for 11am (have answerphone message as proof) tech turned up before 8am we weren't dressed, kids still at home, can't do school run as planned. Why bother giving appointments if you're going to be 3 hours early? Technician just said "Got somewhere else to be at 11am". Well do that one at 8am then. As he wasn't due until 11am we had washing machine on, dishwasher on all of which will have to be restarted later on. I wish we could never see this company again. On the plus side this guy at least shut the front door behind him, first one that's done that.

Aug 21,2019Gasway cancelled my appointment twice. The second time I was only notified 1 hour before my slot was due to end and after I had already waited 3 1/2 hours at home. On both occasions I had to take time off work to make sure I was home for the service to take place. This resulted in loss of earnings. I phoned on the second occasion to voice my complaint and wasn't even given a apology. Disgusting service. Would not recommend this company.
