The engineers are always really helpful and professional but I really struggle with their customer service. I was waiting all day for a boiler repair two days before my husband's funeral and kept being told that they couldn't guarantee it. Despite paying for a platinum service. Luckily the engineer did arrive but the people dealing with my call showed no concern or assistance despite knowing my circumstances. Paying for platinum service guarantees only a 24 hour response to diagnose the problem, not to fix it. Update. Further to your reply, I won't contact your customer service team as each time I try to address this, I am just told that you won't offer guarantees in case you can't fulfill, which seems a cop out. I just worry about those in vulnerable conditions. Thank you but as I have explained, I have attempted to address this several times and am just left frustrated with the response. I was in a very vulnerable state two days before my husband's funeral and was certainly not given any priority.

May 15,2019Response to a leak and continuing low boiler pressure via our insurance cover was pretty good considering the winter call out. The problem was finally resolved after a second visit from this companies representative.
