Jun 13,2019Shocking customer service, both from speaking to their central team and also engineer visits. Had to take 3 days of work waiting for an engineer. 3 appointments made of which one did not turn up and told at 6pm cannot make it and the other 2, engineer arrived at 5pm after waiting in most of the day and both times incorrectly diagnosed the issue. Spoke to call centre a number of times and promised call backs which were never done and had to chase. Tried to speak to a manager after registering complaint and told 48 hours for manager to call me! To be fair, customer care manager did phone within a couple of hours but damage already done! In the end, had to complain to Scottish power and alternative company used.

Jul 08,2019Good service my boiler was fitted in one day and works fine . Not to sure how to set the room gauge but a representative came back a few days later and got me up to speed with it . I would fully recommend Gas Way to anyone.
