Gasway came out emergency call out, as boiler packed up. We got a text with an arrival time window, then mac the engineer called to give an exact arrival time. Mac did a quick diagnostic, and amazingly had a new printed circuit board on his van, fitted and did a full function test. And explained everything he had done. We found Mac the engineer is an asset to Gasway. A very professional company. Thanks so much.
New boiler & 6 new radiators fitted, Gasway were able to move my installation forwards as I had no heating in January. Engineers & office staff were all very helpful.

What an absolute joke. My daughter and family left without gas as the engineer couldn’t service the boiler as they had covid. With a child under 5 they now have no heat or hot water and we’re left 2 blow heaters to heat a 3 bedroom house. When confronted there was no compassion and no supervisor available to speak with. They have a post showing their policy for covid and engineers can enter a well ventilated home, that option wasn’t even offered. Sort it out ASAP before I take this further and speak to the gas safe register and others to update them on your policies. An absolute disgrace

My in-laws boiler failed 3 days before Christmas. Called Gasway who arranged an engineer visit the following day. Advance call from the Engineer giving an ETA. Engineer complied with COVID regs, thoroughly checked the boiler, fixed the boiler and fitted a correct fuse and took me through the boilers reset process. Very reasonable price on top of Christmas: £80 call out fee inc an hours labour. Will use again.
Gasway Norwich. Great service and knowledgeable engineers who diagnosed a persistent and intermittent problem .it took a few visits to tie it down to a faulty pump. I only have a silver service plan which is readily affordable on a monthly direct debit. Even so .. I have free call-outs and labour and parts, and a free annual service safety check.. And good advice on how to make my fairly reliable old Vaillant boiler last for many years to come. A new pump was fitted the next morning. They also freed off several stuck radiator valves to make them function properly again. Thoroughly nice guys, quick,clean and tidy work with no mess. And nothing extra to pay…wowser…well done. Can’t do better than that. It’s great that excellent and reliable tradesmen still exist. I am delighted with the service I receive from Norwich Gasway.
A great service, my boiler was up and running within the hour. The workman was excellent and explained everything he did, what was needed and even threw in a few energy saving tips! Highly recommended gasway to anyone needing a service or repairs.
Having called GASWAY out to a H/T property because my combi boiler was leaking out of the wall and inside my boiler someone turned up said put a dish under it I havn't got the bits !! I was then in Nowrich last week I had a call from an engineer saying he could not get a answer (no app made when I told him I wasn't able to get back,he "said" I'll have to take a picture of your door as proof he had called .......DISCUSTING !! I still have not seen anyone and I'm having to empty the dish daily.....it has already ruined my work top.........The experience over the years with these workmen is redicullous,they really do not care and I'm deffo thinking of going to the Omnisbusmen to sort these type of issues
we have been having real trouble with our boiler and an engineer called Gary has been so helpful to us, going out of his way and going the extra mile to ensure the people we support are warm and have hot water. he has been here early in the morning to check everything is running well. what an asset to your company. his attention to detail has been outstanding and his customer service has been exceptional a huge thank you

A First Class piece of work by GasWay. Which started with a site survey and expert advice on new boiler selection. Fixed price quotation at a very competitive price. Good back-office support for installation booking and accounts. A highly professional installation and training on the new boiler control features. 10 /10 GasWay
Ashp system installed. Engineers don't know how to operate equipment there installing. Leaks, airlocks, new consumer unit, electrical items damaged all since installation. Faulty wiring giving off above normal EMF. And still them and flagship housing won't state If safe to use! So much for a duty of care.
Very good team work throughout excellent communication showing a broad knowledge of their job skills. Everything was cleaned up as the work progressed. Faultless.
We arranged for Gasway to install our new heating system . They did everything they said they would do were punctual polite and cleaned up and explained how the new system worked before leaving . Would definitely recommend them .
Adam came out to service my boiler today. He was on time and very friendly. I must say he was the nicest chap we have to service the boiler and he made us feel very at ease to have him in the house. He identified a fault and fixed it there and then which i was super happy about. I hope to get Adam again next year to service the boiler. Totally recomend Gasway. Excellent service all round. Thank you.
**Edit** More Gasway craftiness - they reported me to Trust Pilot stating that I wasn't a customer, even after I'd provided my plan number to them following their first response. I've gladly provided the proof to Trust Pilot - interesting that they try to manipulate their reviews in such an underhand way. **Original Review** Gasways cover plans are a waste of money, they provide shoddy service and misleading terms and conditions. Save your money up instead of paying for their very very limited cover. Read the terms extremely carefully, it excludes many of the main boiler components and causes of breakdowns. Had Silver Cover for a number of years, price goes up and up, but cover and service gets poorer and poorer. Tried to claim for the first time for a new Flue on our Combi Boiler and was told that it wasn't covered. No explanation why, just Flues aren't covered. Asked for a quote, unsurprisingly they priced it about 50% more than the other quotes I had. I again asked why it wasn't covered, same standard response. Challenged it as the only reference to Flues in the terms is that Secondary Flues aren't covered. Called them to ask what a Secondary Flue is and the person on the phone didn't know. If their own staff don't know, how on earth is an average consumer meant to know?! To me, the Flue coming out the top of the boiler is the main or Primary Flue, Secondary Flue implies something over and above this. Decided to then book in the inclusive service, to be told that their computer wasn't showing that I was eligible for one. I challenged again as I've been paying every month for years. Got a call back later to book it in - again, had to push to get what I was entitled to and had paid for. Sadly, they have also lost custom from my brother and parents, who had been with them for years. My parents paid well over the going rate for a replacement boiler a few years ago, and had a few services on the new boiler as they had misplaced trust in them, as they had been with them for many many years. They called to book a service, on a boiler Gasways had fitted, to be told they weren't taking on new customers/work. They got a better company to service it who explained that the previous services carried out by Gasways had not been done correctly as seals had not been broken that should have been as part of the first service. And finally there was my brother who needed a replacement boiler. He got Gasways round for a laugh. Their quote was extortionate, again about 40% more than the other quotes he had. Amazingly, they could knock £100s of pounds off when challenged. He went elsewhere and got the job done with a 10 year warranty. All in all, I would avoid based on our experiences *Edit* As I'm unable to respond to Gasways reply directly, here is my response. I'm aware of the T&C's, I've sent you copies to evidence that the jargon used isn't clear. In addition, I've had a dismissive response to my complaint which essentially was to the tune that Gasways are in the right and I'm in the wrong.
