We do this with our unique, proprietary Geobear solution. Our experts drill small holes in the ground, through which an expanding geopolymer resin is injected. Once underground, the resin follows the path of least resistance and expands to fill all voids and compact the soil, gradually lifting the ground above. This process is carefully monitored with lasers to ensure absolute precision. The whole process can be carried out in just a matter of hours.

We didn't choose to use Geobear as a circumstances changed but it was fitting to know that a company out there was willing to go above and beyond to answer all our enquiries and offer impartial advice, When we was stuck for answers Geobear came out and gave an honest opinion on what the issue was and how it should be resolved, Credit where credit is due, we have had a very good costumer experience and would highly recommend Geobear services

Used Geobear to lift and stabilise our house, it’s an old house and had developed a large crack running down the wall of the staircase due to some large conifers and the clay ground. Initially I got a very quick response from Geobear and had a site visit very quickly, they came out and had a thorough look at the issue and advised us on next steps. After this visit the customer service did go downhill a bit, it took multiple emails to get a response and booking the site investigation took a lot longer than we were originally told but eventually it was arranged and only took a few hours to carry out, after the site investigation our quote increased significantly but we decided to go ahead with the work, again it took multiple emails and phone calls and chasing to get this booked in. When it came around to having the work done the men arrived on time, they were very friendly and happy to talk us through what they were doing, the work took 2 days as scheduled and we couldn’t have been more pleased with them, the crack has closed nearly all the way and we can now use our front door and windows again and get the plastering and pointing redone. Time will tell if this has permanently fixed the issue but there is a 10 year guarantee if movement does occur again. Overall we would use Geobear again, the team that came out and did the work were brilliant, they left no mess at all and the work was completed within 2 days.

There’s an art to conveying an understanding of a very technical subject to a layperson and our Geobear engineer did this very well.

Hi I just wanted to thank all at Geobear for a quick and professional job in the re stabilisation of the ground around my 200 year old cottage that was slowly but surely sinking. I would like to thank Micheal James in particular for looking after us. His advice and care to detail was second to none. I have been talking to this company for nearly 2 years either through my insurance company or in person. They provided a quote for my insurance however they knew that I was going for a cash settlement as I wanted a slightly larger conservatory as a replacement. I agreed this with insurance however instructed Geobear that I would still use them. I instructed my conservatory company and a start date was agreed. 6 weeks before this I asked Geobear for a price taking into account the new size (30cm extra to side and 50cm to the front). After chasing for nearly 5 weeks and 10 days before start date, Geobear said that it couldn’t be done as I was going larger. My conservatory company called them and after discussions they agreed the could. Again I chased for a price. 3 days before start of work Geobear informed me that price was almost double plus they would need to do soil samples again. I felt blindsided. I searched around and found another company SAU Group who was cheaper, better and actually done my job yesterday (Saturday) to help me out. Great service from SAU group

Eslam who attended was excellent at explaining the process, he worked at pace to get the quote back to us ( I likely think over the weekend) Work was booked in, in a timely manner. The guy that did the work explained all and I have every faith with what he did along with our structural engineer. Insurance backed warranty was slower in coming than I would have wanted but this was explained to me at the outset of the request - which I understand. House is still standing and the crack hasn't reappeared. :) Would use again if required and recommend.

I have called 5-6 times, no call back. Left a message via their online portal requesting a call back with a free quote, got one call back 3 days later which I unfortunately missed as i was driving, called back within 5 minutes and nothing. Called everyday for three days and nothing. Starting to think if this is a reputable company as the service is shocking

I needed help with Investigating Kitchen floor gap between floor and skirting board. I found Geobear on the internet read their reviews, sent them an email and I had a response the following day. Eslam Alata was assigned as my Structural engineer Eslam is a true professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He carried out the full survey We were concerned that we were experiencing subsidence at our house but he immediately put our minds at ease. Eslam gave an expert summary of what was happening at the property. Luckily we don't need any work right now but we will certainly contact them if needed again in the future.

Initial contact was good and they set up a site survey Very quickly provided a quote extremely quickly too. When I looked over the quote they showed that the whole house needed to be injected apart from the wall where the major issue was. I under stand that the rest of the house might be moving but the wall that's dropped they didn't want to put a single injection near it. When I replied and questioned this I never got a reply. There quote was 28k+vat to support 3 walls and leave the 4th which had the issue. Would be done in a day and a half they said. Have since had quote for "old fashion" underpinning which has come back at 12k to include the wall that had the issue and rebuilding of several walls and some steel work. Yes this will take longer but they are addressing the issues and repairing damage internally for this money. Where geobear just wanted to drill about 20 holes and not worry about the wall where the issue was.
