We do this with our unique, proprietary Geobear solution. Our experts drill small holes in the ground, through which an expanding geopolymer resin is injected. Once underground, the resin follows the path of least resistance and expands to fill all voids and compact the soil, gradually lifting the ground above. This process is carefully monitored with lasers to ensure absolute precision. The whole process can be carried out in just a matter of hours.

Feb 20,2023We had a foundation settlement noted on our house buyers structural report which we were OK with, however, cracks started appearing! We reached out to Geobear and had a consultation with Neil Crozier - I must say i didn't hold much hope for a video call and a solution! However, Neil went through everything thoroughly and explained everything that as happening and really put our minds at ease about the property, the problem & solution. Given that the emotion tied to houses & 'issues' the service we received was considerate and professional. Neil certainly took the time to run over everything with us to ensure we fully understood. Thank you! We highly recommend!

The Team on the day was very well organised, respectful of our property and left the area tidy and swept. It also appears to have sorted out our subsidence, with minimal disruption. I would highly recommend Geobear to anyone looking for their services.

Engineer Omar Alata needs special mention as his level of service is to be commended for attending to all my queries with professional competence. Never a dull moment. Senior technician Ivor and his team were onsite early to finish the injection causing little to no inconveneience. Quality! All round, job well done.

By that I mean that the people applying the resin injection turned up as the administrators said would happen, assessed what was needed and carried on working diligently. Also they appeared to be knowledgeable about their processes and at the end of their work cleared up. Prior to their activities and after the office staff conveyed an air of care and consideration towards us their customer.

Dec 07,2022Heard about Geobear via a friend which used them, our project was a bit complex as the ground issue was affecting multiple properties. Omar and the team have been incredibly helpful in talking us through different steps until the work was completed. The outcome has been good they managed to lift the property and we have not seen any movement since (a couple of months now). The team who carried out the work were very professional and respectful of us and the property which is always lovely to see. Hopefully, we won't need them here again but will certainly recommend them.

Feb 28,2023Very professional and competent team. Would definitely recommend. Quite expensive for a day's on-site work but many people involved behind the scenes and a way better solution than disruptive under-pinning so on balance worth it. So far (it's early days) looking good and the house has actually lifted a few mm due to the injection of the compound. Another long hot summer will be the acid test !!
