We do this with our unique, proprietary Geobear solution. Our experts drill small holes in the ground, through which an expanding geopolymer resin is injected. Once underground, the resin follows the path of least resistance and expands to fill all voids and compact the soil, gradually lifting the ground above. This process is carefully monitored with lasers to ensure absolute precision. The whole process can be carried out in just a matter of hours.

Jun 21,2022We had a longitudinal crack where coving in our single storey utility room joined the main house. Whilst it was fairly minor, we had left it because the thought of underpinning was not something we were prepared to consider. We discovered Geobear online, contacted them and had a prompt response from their sales executive. He made a very thorough site investigation and duly followed up with a detailed quotation. It was likely that the problem was caused by drainage issues and the first step was to carry out an investigation by camera of all the drains surrounding the utility room. A detailed report followed with recommendations for remedial work to be carried out before Geobear could do their work. This having been done, the Geobear team arrived promptly and proceeded with their work. This entailed a ground survey followed by the drilling then injection of the polymer. The whole operation was extremely efficiently executed and closely monitored. The team were very obliging and explained what was going on during the process. It was amazing to see the gap in the coving close as the operation progressed. We are extremely pleased and relieved that we went with Geobear and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Their quotation was detailed and clear - and Geobear talked me through the works so that I knew what was going to happen. May 29,2022Movement in old houses with very little foundation is now a burden no more. Geobear engineers delivered a stable base to our house in 1 day with minimal mess and no disruption. Please always look at this team to resolve your ground movement issues as I was so impressed with the communication, professionalism and overall cost of the solution they provided me. Very polite staff who were happy to explain the process as it happened . Insisted on clearing up even though the work was being carried out on a building site. From start to finish Geobear staff were totally professional in their approach, keeping me informed of each step of the process. May 05,2022From start to finish Omar who is one of GeoBears surveyors gave me both reassurance and confidence in what was needed he explained every thing that Geobear would do and the certificate and insurances that I would receive when the works were done. And in fact every one that I had dealings with could not have been more courteous and kind. The only thing I had to do was arrange the parking out side the house this I did with no problem. The works were carried out on the day arranged and I would not hesitate to recommend GeoBear to any one who needs their services.

May 05,2022On the whole I am pleased with the service and the outcome, although how effective it will be remains to be seen. The office staff were polite and helpful as were the workmen who were tidy and considerate. There is hardly a trace of the work they carried out. I have one or two negative points. The work took six months to complete from my first contact which is a long time when subsidence is happening. The price for the complete work under the bay window was more than double the price I was told would be average. I was told that the operatives would cut a hole in the floorboards and/or smash the air bricks outside and was not told of a third option, laser measurement, which they eventually used as the space behind the air bricks was insufficient.

May 01,2022GEOBEAR - After the initial contact, they came around to do the site survey and the sales person Mr Omar Alata was so understanding and guided us all the way through the job. Freya Chapman was able to arrange for the work to be completed before the 24th of April as I was scheduled to fly out of UK. the first team arrived on time. The drain survey was completed and they did part of the work because 1. My neighbour was not available and 2. Some pipe work needed to be exposed. Both items were ready and another team arrived on the 22nd Friday and completed the work. The teams were extremely friendly and very informative about the process. I must say they cleaned up after themselves. NB. The first team took extra care to make certain that the doors could be locked by going on YouTube and finding out how to correctly adjust the doubled glazed patio door. Full marks to them as they had a long long drive back to Bolton.

He gave an expert summary of what was happening at the property. Luckily we don't need any work right now but we will certainly contact them if needed again in the future.

Apr 21,2022After submitting a request and some photos of the cracked exterior wall, a virtual assessment was organised with Eslam (within a few days). This saved time and money for everyone. After presenting my concerns over Google meets he said that in his professional opinion there are no major concerns, however, I should get a drainage survey. Quick, easy and professional!

Geobear contacted me shortly and set up a meeting with one of their structural engineers. Omar was very knowledgeable and listened carefully to the problem and during the video call he was able to check the crack. He gave me some options to proceed. He also explained how Geobear treat the ground under the building. I really recommend their services.

The pre installation team were extremely helpful in developing the proposals and would always respond in a timely manor, whether by text, phone or e-mail to any queries or questions. The processes and procedures were fully explain. The booking team managed to quickly offer a me date for the works to be carried out. The installation team were very professional, polite and informative. The works were undertaken in a safe and tidy manor. The administration team were also very polite and prompt in their responses and in processing invoices and receipts. I would definitely recommend contacting Geobear to look at providing your foundation solution.

The only negatives were that there was quite a long lead time and it would have been good to know about some of the prep work that needed to be done ahead of time.

The level of engagement, knowledge, responsiveness and flexibility employed, the attentiveness to customer needs and focus were second to none. Mar 25,2022After noticing a continuous line of cracking along the tiles in my bathroom, I sent an online request to Geo Bear for a free site inspection. I promptly received a call from their customer service and was connected to the area manager, Allan. Allan scheduled and conducted a thorough inspection soon after. I can not fault the service or customer service. They are also a company to be trusted as, following inspection- the advice given was that there was no perceived need for groundwork since the problem seemed superficial and that it was best to monitor and only contact them again if I felt the problem was worsening. Jun 30,2022Our brick built garage sank on on side due to a failed storm drain underneath. After replacing the drain We engaged Geobear to stabilise the eroded soil beneath the garage. After a survey and soil test, they explained the proposed treatment, which was carried out on the day in a few hours. All very straightfoward and efficiently carried out. This has provided a simple solution to our problem for which I am happy to award top marks.
