Mar 21,2015I was given friendly advise and help when requested before buying. The product arrived promptly and in good condition, was easy to install and operate. I did have one sensor device that did not work properly but on speaking with the support team they quickly despatched a replacement part and it worked fine. I would certainly recommend the product and the company.

Mar 12,2015Purchased a Gamma 7 alarm. Spoke to Dan at Global Gadgets who gave advice on the system. Also received e-mail advice both before and after purchase. Global Gadgets configured the system prior to despatch yet still shipped it within 24 hours of placing the order, it was received the next day. I had minor problems during installation which were resolved quickly by a phone call to Dan. I subsequently purchased other devices to add to the system; I had an e-mail within the hour that the items had been despatched and they were received next day.

Apr 05,2016I have been trading with them for several years as an installer here in the Canary Islands. Their support and technical help is of the highest order.
