Ordered the items on Sunday. Had a notification on Monday about delivery and delivered promptly on Tuesday. The product is great. It is easy to install and configure. Would highly recommend.

I recently bought a house alarm system but being a 76 year old I'm not very technically minded and made a right mess of trying to fit the alarm, I rang Global gadgets for help and what a pleasant surprise, they couldn't do enough for me, I spoke to a young man named Lee, he was the most pleasant and patient person I've met for many years,he talked me through the whole process of fitting the alarm and in the end I had a very good alarm system, Global gadgets have a very good after sales service and I can recommend this company and their products. This is an excellent security system in all respects. Very easy to install. Being aged didn't find getting online quite so easy. But rang there helpline and Immediately answered by Dan or Lee and they quickly put me right and were very helpful (Well done for providing such an efficient helpline unlike many others!). You can buy this system with absolute confidence that it works and that help is on hand if any problems should arise.

After deliberation on which home burglar alarm to buy I settled for the “ Sentry Pro “from Global Gadgets. The well packaged alarm system arrived the following day. The quality of the system is amazing value for money for a “ diy “ system, so you can be confident to fit it yourself. I had problems with programming two aspects which were sorted by the Global Gadgets support person quickly. He knows absolutely everything about the system and is very personable and doesn’t talk down to you. Good experience. Thanks.

Delivery took a week, but when i phoned the gentleman knew immediately what was wrong and he phoned back with an update within 5 mins, in the meantime the postman arrived with the parcel! Slightly complicated to set up, but happy with end product.

Hi, I'm not one for gushing about how good something is, or at least I wasn't. Globe gadgets have supplied me with a product that is ourstanding, amazingly easy to fit and excellent value for money. Need I gush on? I think not. Well done.

This is my second alarm from global gadgets l purchased one for my house and a second for my outside garage. Both halve been easy to set up and use The only quibble I have is the screws are very fiddly to put in the sensors etc

Further to my earlier review re purchase of Alarm ,I have found it to be ideal and when I had a few technical queries I’ve called them . Lee , whom I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable and nothing was any bother re talking me through any minor programming questions of the panel , and I was encouraged to call anytime ( which I did ) for info . The Alarm system is very user friendly and easy to navigate , so all in all a great purchase with great back up. Thanks
