Wanted a wifi based alarm for outdoor Garden Room. Global Gadgets ( Dan ) was very helpful, prior to purchase, in answering my technical questions about their external bell box I wanted to use. After the alarm arrived (which was very quick ), ALL the sensors and devices (including the 7 additional ones I ordered, so 10 in total ) had already been added by Global Gadgets into the system, before it was shipped - very nice touch ! Dan was also exceptionally helpful when I had further questions about my installation. Would buy from them again, and wholeheartedly recommend them.

I ordered the Wi-fi alarm system solution 3. Setting up the control unit with app required a couple of attempts after which every thing was easy going as all of the detectors and the key fobs came preconfigured. System up and running within a couple of hours. So far very pleased with this product

Phoned global gadgets before placing order just to clarify a couple of things the call was answered immediately and my questions were answered. I placed my order before two o'clock that day and my order was delivered next day with free delivery. All the sensors were registered to the control panel and marked up in their boxes and just had to be fitted where required. The system is quite flexible and you may have to re assign some sensors but the information is all in the manual and i'm quite sure a phone call to global gadgets will soon sort you out if you do have any problems. I have had no problems and am very pleased with this alarm and i would definitely recommend it.

Pretty easy to fit appliances but as I am not very tecie I had some difficulties programming main control unit. The help chatline was very useful and got me sorted. Many thanks for your patience. Only been working for two weeks but so far so good.

What a good bit of kit, the alarm is already set up and very easy to install. I had a question about the front of the external siren which was easily resolved. I would certainly have no problem in recommending this alarm system.

I bought a sentry pro about 5 years ago at that time the customer service and advice received was A1, ordering and delivery was quick and straightforward. 5 years on the system continues to work perfectly and has never malfunctioned, however I lost the instructions, so a phone call to global gadgets and 2 mins later new instructions emailed to me and advised to replace the virgin sim in the alarm with one from Tesco. Awesome service

System does what it says on the tin but what sets the buy apart is the customer service. Truly top class support and after care which most companies lack once they have you money. Would highly recommend using this supplier for any purchase.

I bought 2 alarm systems for mine and another house. Both were fitted easily and quickly. I needed a little help on setting the exit delay and a quick and friendly phone call sorted it out. This is the 2nd alarm system I have bought over the years from Global Gadgets and if these last as well as the first I will be very happy.

I have only had the system for a week but the purchasing and set up was made easy by the helpful team at global gadgets. So far so good with the system too.
